The undeniable advantage of the hotel is its location. The bus stop was just a few steps away. On the other side of the street, a pub and a shop. There is a beautiful park nearby. We are very pleased. The room is equipped with all necessary equipment. A large, spacious bathroom with a set of cosmetics and towels. Kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is an ironing board in the room in the closet, on request you can ask for an iron at the reception. Daily cleaning. Very helpful and polite reception staff who were on hand to help in every situation. Thank you for your work and making our stay in London easier.

2 min walk to Battersea Park. Nice walk through park to South Kensington. I Loved the location! The bed and linens were very nice. The bathroom and shower were very nice. The flat screen tv, fridge and microwave were all very good. The desk personnel were very friendly and very helpful. The price was very good for more or less central London.

I was surprised that the room had no window. In the end, that didn't matter, the room was well lit and very comfortable. There were a lot of marks on the wall and a duct taped light switch. Looks like some guests are pretty hard on the room. I also heard doors banging in the hall starting very early... before 5 am. They could use more noise absorptive carpet or something in the hall.

A very pleasant room, on par with Travelodge or similar, with the benefit of a small 'kitchen' area with fridge and microwave, and sink, plus the usual kettle. The room, on the third floor, was spacious enough and quiet, the bed comfortable (though I think it had a memory foam mattress, which can get a bit warm), and everything was nice and clean too. A modern bathroom with a good, but very hot, shower. Certainly worth mentioning, the staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful...very good! All in all, I'd recommend this hotel for a short or longer stay.

Watch the shower, it was very good, but best left on lower temperature setting...it can be set very hot! Just a little tip...!

£100 deposit was taken off me and my stay was over a week ago and still waiting for this deposit back

the fact that you take 100 deposit in this day and age ! how ridiculous also the fact that on the booking page it says you get the deposit back in check out well no it’s 5-7 days that will stop me from coming back

We booked into Axiom Hotel very late and was a very good price so we were pleasantly surprised to have the best room in the house. We were upgraded to the balcony suite which was very clean large and comfortable, I believe we were upgraded by the lovely members of staff as I had informed them it was my fiancés birthday. I would just like to show my appreciation to the most welcoming,helpful and friendly staff members Jugal & Cropal. They made our stay very special and their understanding of our late arrival was professional and helpful . We tried to book again for the next day but unfortunately they were fully booked but helped us find alternative accommodation. Thanks very much. Lisa & Neil X

Everything was on point

The staff were extremely friendly. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was sooooo comfy. The room got really hot and we didn't want the window open due to loud music from a bar across the street however their is Aircon in the room and this was perfect.

We were in a room near a communal hallway door, so when people came in from a night out, we were woken with the door closing. Also, you have to ask reception about parking, the only downside is in order to ask, you have to park your car on the main road. Luckily there is free parking Saturday and Sunday on the road behind the hotel

firstly the staff who are all warm and welcoming, they made a lovely stay better. it was clean, comfy, a short walk to the northern line and the rooms were a really good size.

my only complaint was the thermostat in my room was a bit dodgy but the staff went above and beyond to make sure that the temperature was sorted out.

I liked everything. The room was clean and tidy. The facilities were good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would def look at staying there again.
