Perfect location (5 min walk from city centre). Modern, clean and brand new facilities. The stuff was very professional and helpful. Very good value for money. Free parking and wifi included.

This is a very nice modern and clean apartment. Good size and with a very comfortable bed. It was clear upon booking that no breakfast was included, but with the little kitchen and coffee machine this was no problem. There are a lot of amazing cafes and restaurants in the area. I have two tiny points of criticism: the furniture is not ideal for shorter people. I needed a stool to reach the coat hangers or most of the kitchen equipment. However (second criticism), there was no chair to be found. Maybe add a chair :) But these are just small points.

I probably should have read the small print, but in May, these facilities closed at 17:00: the pool area, the rooftop (so no sunset views), and luggage storage as this is when reception closes.

Location was excellent, easy walk into the old town. Plenty of stirs and restaurants nearby. The property is contemporary with excellent space very comfortable bed. So enjoyed the pool. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower! The reception/concierge staff (Maria & Sophie) were so lovely and always with a smile and and spot on with reservations , be it restaurants tours or boats! Gear roof top very comfortable and perfects surrounding views of Crete!

The absolute best thing about this stay are the people working at 3 pines. Sofia was exceptional at helping me clarify a mixup with my booking. She was helpful, quick and did every thing she could to delight us and ease our stay. This is on top of the hotel being super comfortable and a great value for money. _I cannot recommend it enough if you're looking for a place in heraklion.

Honestly, everything was amazing during our stay here. So my comment is not about something I don't like, but about something that if improved, would make the experience even better, and that is that it takes 24 hrs to confirm any changes or cancellation. If you're looking to book this hotel with booking's free cancellation policy, make sure you take that into account, otherwise they'll try to charge you even if you cancelled on time. Fortunately, the 3 Pines staff are incredible and super helpful, they are the only reason I was not charged unfairly.

I’ve stayed in this hotel for one night. Probably my best experience in Heraklion so far. I had the chance to be upgraded to an appartement on first floor. The apartment was amazing, modern, nice equipments, 2 balconies, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, great atmosphere. I could have stayed there for days. Young lady (I don’t know her name) at the front desk has been really nice and helpful, 5 stars service, thanks a lot to her. I could leave my luggage in a secured room and enjoy the pool waiting for my flight. Pool area is small, but good enough to relax and chill. Easily accessible by bus. City center is 10/15 minutes away walking. If I ever go to Heraklion, no questions, I will stay there again.

Absolutely nothing

We recently stayed at a house in Heraklion and had a wonderful experience. The booking process through booking.com was easy and convenient. Once we arrived, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was also very easy and smooth, which was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony that provided a great space to relax and enjoy the view. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay and when we asked for additional items like shampoos and soaps, the staff were more than happy to provide them. The location of the house was also great, only a 15-minute walk from the center of the city, making it easy to explore all that Heraklion has to offer. Overall, we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay in Heraklion. With friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, clean room, and great location, it's the perfect choice for your trip

Everything was really nice

We needed one night in Irakleio prior to our trip back to the US and this suited our needs very well. We parked right on the street in front of the building. 10 min from airport. Easy and safe 20 min walk to city center. Very quiet. Master bed very comfortable. Wine and crackers in the room-thank you! Very easy access to the room. Cheerful staff.

It is a little tight for five adults with luggage. The fifth person sleeps in the master bedroom and the other two in the living room so in effect there is no living room.

Truly a modern-style accommodation, newly furnished, really comfortable and welcoming. Yet, I rate it as exceptional because of the little things that made my stay special: from the personalised WhatsApp messages with tips and recommendations about places to eat/visit in the area to the hand-written post cards left in the room, and the complimentary bread sticks, coffee and water, and - of course - to the extremely friendly and kind (and speaking excellent English!) staff (in my case that was Sofia) that even updated me about the traffic and local situation after ordering me a taxi upon my departure. Did I mention that they straightaway invite you to leave your luggade with them and enjoy the gym/pool for the whole afternoon after you check out? P.S. Really nice extras are the free parking and the amazing rooftop!

The balcony was a bit tiny and has no roof (so does the rooftop lounge), so I couldn't have a cigarette while it rained.

Very clean, modern studio, just like in the photos. We arrived very late at night and were able to do self check-in without any issue. The parking was also very easy to find and use. The location is excellent, just a 15 minute walk to the centre.

We were not able to use the swimming pool or the roof top bar one day when we arrived at around 6pm. There was noone at the reception to ask about it either, so that was the only negative point, that might have been an occasional hiccup.

Where to start, perhaps with the extremely friendly and helpful staff at this gorgeous boutique hotel. What a joy it has been to stay in this luxurious accommodation in such a quiet street. So much thought has gone into the fit out of this hotel, it has a beautiful contemporary feel not out of place in any major city in the world. There is nothing to fault, it really is a home away from home. Rarely do you encounter quality on this level and we really do appreciate it very much. We booked for three nights but enjoyed it so much we extended our stay two more times.
