The grounds of the hotel

Temperature in the room. It was cold. Breakfast the next morning was poor and I wasn't offered any tea or coffee. Staff in the Breakfast room were slow.

The Breakfast had everything to offer, from full Irish to continental incl cereals and breads with a number of spread options. Even a number of alternative milks are offered! I loved my massage in the spa and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool and pool amenities. I didn't use the gym due to time constraints but it looked very spacious with lots of machines and free weights to choose from. Loved the comfortable firm bed and the night's sleep i got! Priceless!

The cushions could be softer or out of the 4 cushions on the double bed 2 could have been feather ones so there's choice. I'm glad i brought my own. The blanket was a little heavy but I slept great anyways. I don't like that u had to scan a sticker on the mirror in the hotel room to get info on menues etc. Not everyone has access to scanning or a mobile phone. I prefer the oldschool physical menues and information leaflets.

The Room was amazing. so comfortable and quiet. coming from a busy work day, 1 need such relaxation. the breakfast was Amazing🤩

I would have appreciated a bit more explanation from the receptionist. had to ask where the Spa is as I had an appointment 15 minutes after my checkin. was my 1st time staying here and no explanation of facilities or where breakfast will be served, just directions where my room is. I've stayed at numerous hotels and this was a first.

Amazing staff and fantastic food

Rooms are dated and their website does not represent this. My only criticism is that having looked at the website and booked based on photos of rooms shown I was very disappointed with my actual room.

Pool sauna . Breakfast friendly staff

20.45 wanted just soup. But was told no food. Kitchen cleaned up even though food advertised 21.00 Crack in bathroom sink. Stains in carpen next to bed. Room 420

Be careful if you get room 301. This room is over the bar and on Saturday night they have a musician play. Needless to say you have a front row seat, and he plays till God knows when. Needless to say we didn't sleep Dis appointed.

The room we stayed in was so lovely. Exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfortable and the decor was so relaxing. Breakfast was a dream. We were seated immediately both mornings. The food in this establishment was absolutely delicious and way beyond what we expected. I applaud the kitchen on all fronts. Above and beyond all these things, I need to say that the staff were exceptional in every way. Any interaction was always so helpful and friendly. In fact I feel that the staff really made our stay. Thank you guys for a lovely time.

Fabulous location with its own lake walks and Great carparking/.Landscape. - so close to Belvedere Hse. too.Really clean and well kept room and hotel. alltho a bit old in carpet / furnishings. Bathroom safety Rail and cleanliness a treat! Staff all v friendly and helpful. Thank

I think a Breakfast menu would have helped.But staff on hand to provide lovely Service. I felt a bit daunted by highly energetic! Children at Breakfast esp. Felt a bit more supervision perhaps needed.

The location was excellent on beautiful well kept grounds with scenic views of lake and countryside. The staff were well trained very efficient friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed but well run. We definately will be back and will recommend it to friends.

A cup of tea or refreshment after our Spa treatments would have been a nice touch but thats not a complaint. We could not fault anything else

Breakfast fry was cold at 10am when we had it Room wasn’t available until 5pm Asked few times but felt receptionist couldn’t be bothered checking said call back in an hour 👏💕 No phone call either despite me asking The receptionist that checked us in was fabulous Great personality professional friendly and on the ball👏💕👋👋 The other lady seemed exhausted & didn’t want to be there💕
