Location was good for city sightseeing. Breakfast was great. Hotel looked new and modern without too many frills.

Breakfast was advertised in the room and on the web for €11, but we were charged €14 per person.

Staff were excellent. Went as a large group and some rooms were ready 3hrs early. They held bags for those that weren't. It's right near all the bars and sights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. From reception to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was banging and worth the money. Gusto coffee pods in the room. Bed was huge.

No complaints.

Pleasant, cheery, minimalist decor. The kitchen had everything we needed. Central location in a quiet street. Nice common areas, well laid out so you can hang out there if you wish (good idea). Friendly staff.

There was some problem with the plumbing (I think?) -- whenever our neighbor showered in the evening we heard a high-pitched whine that resonated throughout end of the hall. It was so loud that at first we thought it was a fire alarm. Wish we could have taken the stairs to/from reception, but the bottom of the stairway is locked :-( probably for security reasons. That was kind of a bummer. If only the windows would open.

Decent location with lots of transport options (near Pearce DART and on many bus routes). Less than 10 min walk from Dame street and the Temple Bar area. Having a kitchenette was also very useful for us as we like making a coffee in the morning and having a simple breakfast (Tesco express is a 2 min walk so it was easy to get some simple groceries).

No room service unless you stay 7+ days. The actual cleaning of the room wasn't the issue, but, we quickly ran out of toilet paper, hand soap, and other amenities like milk and coffee pods. It wasn't hard to go downstairs to ask for these things but it was a hassle. The means they provided to chat with reception wasn't working either so that was a bit frustrating. Overall, none of these were insurmountable and were minor inconveniences. However it would have been good if we had known so we were mentally prepared.

We stayed for 9 nights, and it was great! Good price, excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Lovely to have a fridge and kitchen in the room, as they were a few doors from an express Tesco, so we could make our own breakfasts. Everything was clean, and loved the energy saving details in the hotel. One day I wasn't feeling well, and a lovely lady on staff gave me honey and lemon ginger tea to take to the room. How sweet! We had a wonderful time staying at Staycity Mark Street and would highly recommend!

I can't think of anything bad to say. It was all great!

Location was excellent and the hotel staff and ease of access were great. Room was very quiet even if facing the street. Very comfy bed.

It was hard to master all of the switches for individual appliances ( accidentally turned the off switch for fridge and couldn’t read the tiny print indicating the off/on switch. Never figured out to turn on microwave. Could use some hooks in hall to hang jackets. Would help to prominently post desk receptionist. Thought we had to use QR code and found it less than timely to go through a chat box. Also, night stands please.

Our room was situated in a really good place - it was immaculate and there was ample facilities. Very pleased with the room. It was quiet - although we could hear the neighbours having some ' sexy time' when we walked past their room :-) The place is situated in a really good spot with ample facilities around - I would deffo return and stay there again.

The only complaint I have is that there are no windows to open - I like to sleep with an open window for fresh air - the room was too hot at one point and it wasnt very clear how to use the air con unit - would prefer a room with a window that could be opened - that is the only down side which is really only a personal thing.

Really central and convenient location. Friendly staff. Gym available. Good facilities in the room - plus delicious sourdough pizzas available that were very tasty.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It was an enjoyable stay.

This was a clean, modern place to stay walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit. I liked the heavy bedroom doors. We were with our adult son so it was nice we could all have a private, quiet room for sleeping and a central area to hang out.

We went to a bakery around the corner and brought it back to eat at the table in the lobby. We got the stink eye until the servers realized we were hotel guests and we bought some coffee. I don't blame them but it was a bit uncomfortable for a few minutes. also a bit confusing that there is another aparthotel a couple blocks away.
