Location was good for city sightseeing. Breakfast was great. Hotel looked new and modern without too many frills.

Breakfast was advertised in the room and on the web for €11, but we were charged €14 per person.

Staff were excellent. Went as a large group and some rooms were ready 3hrs early. They held bags for those that weren't. It's right near all the bars and sights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. From reception to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was banging and worth the money. Gusto coffee pods in the room. Bed was huge.

No complaints.

Really central and convenient location. Friendly staff. Gym available. Good facilities in the room - plus delicious sourdough pizzas available that were very tasty.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It was an enjoyable stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was quiet and we had no issues sleeping. The room was clean and comfortable and having the kitchenette was really useful, meaning we didn't have to find places to eat each night. The kitchenette had everything needed for a few days stay. The bathroom was clean and reasonably spacious. The location is fairly central but does require some walking to get to Dublin's attractions but we were prepared for this. There is also a Tesco Express at the end of the road which is really convenient to get any supplies.

The blackout blind was damaged and therefore difficult to pull up and so we kept it in the down position during our stay, but there wasn't a view from the window so this didn't cause any difficulties. We did find the room very warm even on the lowest thermostat setting.

I reallu liked the kitchenette with everything you need to make a perfect dinner or breakfast. Also the coffee mashine was awesome. Very comfortable bed, nice view from the window, friendly staff. Everything extremely comfortable. The lifts were taking us to our floor without clicking anything! It was just needed to touch the sensor with your room key (magnetic card) and the lift knew what to do.

Everything inside was fine. The only one little flaw was the location. It was extremely close to the center and very comfortable, but not that safe. Sometimes we met strange groups of strange people talking to us and we didn't feel safe. Nothing happened, but be carefully of homeless people :)

The location was great....very quiet and an easy walk to anywhere in the city. Also it was very close to the DART station and multiple bus stops. We liked having the kitchenette. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not partake in the breakfast but people in our group did and said it was very good. Check in and out were simple.

The pullout beds were not very comfortable. It was a tight squeeze in the room for two adults and 2 grown teens. I didn't like having to pay extra to have someone service the room since our stay was 6 nights and not 7. I feel that anything over 4 nights should include service of refilling the necessities. We had to go to the front desk twice to get toilet paper. A box of facial tissues would also be a nice addition.

Duty Manager Felipe was really helpful and friendly. We spoke to him on our 1st morning of a 3 night stay, as my partner had helped with an accident which had occurred at Bread 41 and he thanked us for his efforts. As we were leaving the 2nd morning he asked if we were ok? We said yes, but he asked again if the room was ok? We said fine but the bathroom sink wasn't draining properly, it could do with some bleach or something and cupboard was dusty. He couldn't apologise enough and arranged for our room to be cleaned straight away and then gave us a complimentary breakfast too! Other staff were super friendly too when we asked for more milk and Nespresso capsules, and help finding shuttle bus stops to the airport. Really didn't expect such high end care and would definitely recommend friends and family to stay there.

Bathroom sink didn't drain, but this was quickly fixed once we reported it. As all hotels the water pressure wasn't great in the shower, it took a while to wash hair

The room was amazing and had everything we needed for a very reasonable price (including a microwave oven, hob, loads of cooking stuff, kettle and much more). We were able to check in early and leave our bags on the day we left. Staff were all friendly and was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Took ages to get toilet rolls when we ran out. The area wasn't nice. We didn't always feel the safest travelling from central Dublin to the hotel as there were lots of people around who looked worse for wear as there was an international drugs centre on the way but that's not the hotels fault. The hotel was safe and secure.

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable, really lovely team and a super big comfy bed! Shoutout to Alessandra who checked me in and upgraded me. I had a brilliant stay and would definitely stay again. The apart-room was really nice, it was quiet and warm. The location was safe, so close to transport, walking distance from where I needed to be in the city for work, close to take aways and cafes (I saw that a Tesco is opening around the corner which will be really useful in the future). There were also great facilities on site (drinks, snacks etc available at reception in the cafe / bar area) - I didn't buy any but was comforted to know that were there). The apart-hotel was really well kitted out with a microwave, hob, sink, dishwasher, plates, cups, coffee machine, kettle, iron and hairdryer. I didn't need most of it but if you were there for a longer stay it would be super. A great base for exploring the city! Would recommend. Great value too.

There was very little not to like. If I really had to find something I'd like sorter pillows (a little harder than I'm used to!) but I had a really great night's sleep so really it is just nit picking!
