Very helpful staff and friendly too, great location near city centre, airport bus and train station

The property was in a great location. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much bother. We were allowed to check in 5 hours early for no extra charge: my partner proposed to me and the staff set up the room with petals and wine and chocolates and again did not charge extra. They were so pleasant throughout our stay: they recommended loads of things for us to do and places to see and eat: so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location with everything walkable (train station, tourist sites, conference venue, bus to airport); lovely staff; large comfortable apartment with well appointed kitchen; excellent shower; separately controllable bedroom temperature; really good breakfast in a very nice restaurant area; fast reliable wifi

Block is split into to 2 and the walk between them past the bins and deliveroo drivers smoking wasn't the greatest; even just a painted walkway would help (got stuck on one occasion between a bin and a delivery lorry)

Serg was so lovely he really made our stay! All staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were super cozy, I loved having the thermostat in both the bedroom and the living room. The coffee machine was such a lovely touch

It did say we'd have a city view but our view was just the hotel but we weren't too bothered by that, it's just something small!

Room was large and quiet. Good facilities. Lots of space and a nice clean bathroom.

Room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel. Bed was two beds put together so not the most comfortable.

We like because it was so central to everything

The only one thing was that the person on the window side of the double room had to crawl over the bed to use the bathroom etc . But loved everything else.

The location is excellent, just 10 minutes away at most from Grafton Street and Temple Bar on foot. Rooms are modern, decor is welcoming and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom, especially shower, is a decent size as well.

We were three to a room. The size of the room provided was too small for three people, as the sofa bed extended across the perimeter of the whole room. Everything was cramped as a result. Also, while we were informed that there is no housekeeping by reception, when you're paying good money, it is something that you expect the place to provide - at least, if it is asked for, it should be provided.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. And the vending open 24/7 was helpful. The location is perfect (10 min walking distance from attractions and bars). The room was clean and organized. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the room as well.

The bed was two twins with separate mattress pads so the beds would separate during the night. The previous places we have stayed at add two twins as well; however a king size mattress pad so the beds stayed combined. That may be helpful for the future. The bed was very uncomfortable because of this, and the mattress sagged.

The breakfast cost 14 euro, but given that it included a full coffee bar, my daily amount of 3 cups alone made it worth the price. The food itself had a great selection, tasted wonderful, and was offered over a longer period of time throughout the whole morning than most accommodations, which was appreciated! Location was a very convenient distance (less than 15-minute walk) from O'Connell Street and Trinity College where most of our excursions/tours met.

After our 4th day, there was a bit of a funky smell coming from the shower drain which we were able to contain by keeping the shower door closed; other than that no complaints!

We Liked the position. just a 5minute walk and you were at the center of Dublin. Close enough and far enough away from any rowdy pubs, clubs etc. However, there was a bar /restaurant on site which was a little noisy inside but once inside our apartment soundproof. Friendly, efficient staff with easy check in and check out. They very kindly offered to look after our luggage until midafternoon.

We didn't like the size and the ordination on the bed. I think it was 2 singles pushed together. You could not walk around the bed. You had to clamber in over your partner, if you needed to go to the bathroom in the night. Plus the shower was small. if you were a tall/bigger person you might feel very cramped
