Very helpful staff and friendly too, great location near city centre, airport bus and train station

The property was in a great location. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much bother. We were allowed to check in 5 hours early for no extra charge: my partner proposed to me and the staff set up the room with petals and wine and chocolates and again did not charge extra. They were so pleasant throughout our stay: they recommended loads of things for us to do and places to see and eat: so friendly and helpful.

Nothing! Couldn’t fault a thing

Fantastic location with everything walkable (train station, tourist sites, conference venue, bus to airport); lovely staff; large comfortable apartment with well appointed kitchen; excellent shower; separately controllable bedroom temperature; really good breakfast in a very nice restaurant area; fast reliable wifi

Block is split into to 2 and the walk between them past the bins and deliveroo drivers smoking wasn't the greatest; even just a painted walkway would help (got stuck on one occasion between a bin and a delivery lorry)

Serg was so lovely he really made our stay! All staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were super cozy, I loved having the thermostat in both the bedroom and the living room. The coffee machine was such a lovely touch

It did say we'd have a city view but our view was just the hotel but we weren't too bothered by that, it's just something small!

Room was large and quiet. Good facilities. Lots of space and a nice clean bathroom.

Room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel. Bed was two beds put together so not the most comfortable.

We like because it was so central to everything

The only one thing was that the person on the window side of the double room had to crawl over the bed to use the bathroom etc . But loved everything else.

Great central location!! Also the overnight staff was fantastic. We had an issue and they took care of everything.

Needed more gluten free options

As soon as we entered the Aparthotels we were pleasantly greeted by lovely reception staff. We were allowed to check in first thing in the morning for no additional charge. The room we had booked was a bed and sofa bed for 3 of us. The bed alone fit all 3 of us very comfortably for our stay. They offered 24 hour Pizza’s which were unreal! We were easily able to arrange late check out for an additional €12.50 per hour. I would have no complaints about our stay at all. We are keen to come back to Dublin and all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t even think of one thing.

Very convenient central location. The lobby was crowded and loud but I heard none of it upstairs in my room. It was very quiet and I got a good night sleep. The room was very spacious, clean, and well lit. The kitchenette had everything I needed, including the washing up items, and condiments. The shower was very good and very clean. I expected an interruption with hot water supply given how busy the hotel was, but it was fine. Large comfortable bed. The pillows were not the best but good enough. Plenty of storage space. Nice blackout curtain. No issues with the WiFi. Overall, I had a very good stay. I got the impression that this hotel can manage well in crisis, and I will definitely stay here again.

It's was very busy and crowded in the lobby (Friday evening), and the check-in process took some time, which I understand on a busy evening, but it seemed like there was a delay with preparing rooms for guests and everyone was waiting in the lobby. That said, the situation was handled well by the staff, the wait was not long, and there were no more hickups after the check-in. If you are traveling during busy times, plan for a potential delay and take advantage of the self-check-in system as soon as you walk in the door. .

The location was good for walking to Temple Bar area - most things were about 15 minutes walk. The space was clean, it was great to be able to do laundry. Also nice to have a workout space.

The hot breakfast was okay, nothing special. We preferred to get some food from Tesco, right there, and eat in the room. The Studio was small, not a lot of storage space for 2 people. The bathroom is small as well. We did put our 3 grown kids in the studio and that was definitely tight, probably should just have booked larger room, but this was the most expensive of our stays in Ireland so we were trying to keep it budget friendly.
