Very spacious property, stylish interiors, onsite parking, easy check in (met very amiable/helpful host), fully equipped large kitchen (shared with other guests) that included tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Clean throughout and comfy beds. Good location- A easy (downhill) 15 walk into Kinsale centre (a little longer when walking back up hill).

Was really shocked and upset, (as were the other guests leaving at the same time), when checking out and wishing to find and say goodbye to the host (who it seems wasn't present), to find three dogs (one a puppy) kept in a pen/dog run in the garden around the corner from the parking area, where the run floor was completely covered in dog poo. It was everywhere. No place for the dogs to sit or walk unless on/in dog dirt. Just couldn't believe, bearing in mind how clean the house was, that dogs could be kept in such appalling conditions. I can only hope (and the reason for writing this) is that when reading this message that the host addresses this immediately as I worry and fear for the health of these wonderful creatures. So... Please... clean this awful area up!!!!!!!

Nice big room

Couldn’t get into the property when we arrived despite sending a message saying when we would be arriving and rang the number and took three or four tries before we got an answer and then the lady arrived to let us in. There was another couple also waiting. Not really good enough at 5 pm after a long day’s drive

This slightly remote, mini-estate was spacious and well-appointed. Walk to and from town was a refreshing, easy adventure, and driving was equally brief. With its large communal kitchen and dining areas, there was space for interacting with others, or being more private. Other spaces, an atrium and outside, were also available to use and explore. There seemed to BE a buzzing resident BEE that I tried to escort out the window, though it seemed harmless and curious as I prepared tea and warmed leftovers!

Only improvement would be if there were a host-person on site… It felt like we were random groups of kids left at home alone to fend in the big house. But then, all guests seemed friendly and responsible enough to manage and figure things out on our own.

We booked Clover Cottage thinking we were doing just that , a Cottage . On arrival we could see it wasn't what we expected. Clover Cottage is a large , house, divided into several areas . Your room is private but you share the other amenities . Having said that the room we had was very nice . In fact it was huge and very comfortable . If you don't mind sharing a kitchen ,lounge, sunroom with other people with no staff present then it's the place for you .

We would have felt happier if there was someone in the house to oversee the running of the house.

A very nice location with a 10 minute walk to Kilsale. The place was very clean and the manager, Liam, was pleasant.

No WiFi provided in addition to poor mobile signal.

Beautiful house and the rooms were very clean and comfortable pity about the view from our room as we overlooked the dog pen.

The 3 dogs barked until 4.00am and our room was down stairs beside them. The pen was disgusting as it was covered in dog poo. It looked like the poor dogs pen had no been cleaned for quite some time this was quite upsetting
