From the hotel reception directly to Alexanderplatz. Comfortable beds, unsurpassably pleasant blankets :-) Always smiling staff, always ready to help.

The hotel parking is too low for my car (I don't have an SUV), but there is a public parking lot nearby. The air conditioning in the room could not be turned off or reduced. The telephone in the room did not work, so communication with the reception was only possible in person. Since the technician was supposedly no longer at the hotel, the staff moved us to another room. The another room was already in order. The breakfast was not bad, but I expected a little bit richer selection in such a hotel.

comfy beds. warm room with no noise. location is perfect for travelling around Berlin. Staff were friendly and helpful. excellent value for money. amazing views over the city even from lower floors. good experience on the rooftop bar. I will definitely want to stay here next time I am in Berlin.

Even in March I found the room sometimes a little too warm so some sort of fan or air con would have been nice, but this is probably because I am from a cold country and I'm not used to the heat inside. Heating is very expensive at home! This was only a very minor issue for me though.

We had a pleasant stay at Park Inn Hotel, it is really well located and easily reachable by train from the main train station or the airport, we came for festival at olympiastadion and it was also connected with direct train. The train station is also just few minutes away from the hotel. The room was okay, not too big (sink is located in the room itself, and then there were separated cabins for the shower and toilet), but we stayed in 33 floor and had a nice overview of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful as well!

The room was quite dusty, and some places like behind the coffee machine had really a lot dust, it seemed like the room was cleaned but long time ago. Also because the shower cabin room opens directly to the room it was always getting wet.

Clean an spacious room. Nice bar with wide range of drinks including tasty cocktails. Varied and well presented breakfast buffet. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and professional. Excellent location for exploring Berlin with public transport including sightseeing buses on its doorstep

Only thing I can think of is that it would have been nice if hotel guests wouldn’t have to pay for rooftop terrace access. At least one admission could have been included with the stay. It’s worth the €6 p.P. though and still cheaper than the tv tower just opposite

Breakfast Buffet was amazing, a lovely selection of food to choose from. Staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Our room had an amazing view which is what we asked for. Our room was comfortable, housekeeping was excellent each day. The welcome on arrival was very warm and it was good to be able to leave our luggage prior to checking in as we had arrived early.

There was nothing we didn't like. We have previously stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it then, so we wanted to return to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The room was an adequate size. The bathroom & toilet have no privacy, as I was there alone it wasn't an issue. The room clean for the next day was convenient to cancel with just a click of a button. The view from the room window was amazing, would stay again, just to experience that view. The transport is 1 min away, easy to go and explore the rest of the city.

The room ac was working, but changing the temperature didn't actually change anything. The air in the room felt super dry. And the ventilation from the bathroom was quite noisy, glad I had ear plugs with me.

Let's be real, you book this place for the view and an awesome view we got. Stayed on the 31st floor and had a view of the TV tower even from the bed! We were really glad we got to check in early and had an overall good stay. Didn't quite like the bathroom situation (no proper bathroom, instead a shower and toilet behind a door and the sink basically inside the room.

The A/C couldn't be adjusted because a previous guest had broken the knob. It was a bit cold in the room but the reception sent a technician to help us solve the issue.

The room was very clean, with big windows with the view of the city and bringing a lot of light in, and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom however was a bit weird as the shower, protected by glass, was basically in the room and you had to cover it with a curtain. Nevertheless the saty was very pleasant. Only thing is that to reach the rooftop floor for the bar with the view, you still need to pay even if you are a guest at the hotel and I did not expect that. I would recommend this hotel, clean, quiet, spacious and with an optimal connection to rest of the city, super central, perfect for a short stay.

Location of the Hotel was exceptional. It's in the middle of the city, easily reachable with train, tram and bus. The room was ready by the time I arrived. Breakfast buffet was extensive with a wide variety of food. In addition, there are a lot of options available within walking distance. Food spots are available even late a night. There is an Asian supermarket

I wish the room would have had a hot water kettle. I was able to get by with the hot coffee machine but a kettle for like instant noodles or something else would have been great.

room was very clean, Location is just ideal. IT is very safe and the lifts although they have to cater for so many people were always pretty quick. The online checking is ideal and the check out was also very quick. 2 Eur for the left luggage.

Not super excited about the vegan option at breakfast, happy with the plant milks but not enough options so next time i will not choose breakfast. The water in the shower kept on comming out stataying in the bathroom but if you go barefoot you would get a wet foot.
