Very nice property adjacent to terminal 2 which was amazing. The Japanese people are so,polite & gracious. Our only complaint is the the front desk staff should have someone working that can speak English. It was very hard to communicate with anyone at the front desk. They couldn’t understand us & we couldn’t understand them. Seeing it is an International airport with adjacent hotel it is important to be able to have good communication with your hotel guests.

Convenient for families, having a flight the following morning. Cot was a decent size too. Pjs and slippers given

100 yen tax paid on arrival per guest. Didn't bother with dinner or breakfast as too expensive but had read up about this beforehand so made sure had enough breakfast supplies bought in town (can store in fridge) and ate dinner in Central before arrived too.

It was only for one night and I imagine that's the norm there being next to the terminal 2 for departures for people who have a very early flight. The room was spacious, an extra large bed for 2 adults and one child. A spacious bathroom with everything that you needed. Plenty of towels. Lots of space for the luggage. Very clean and neat! You could take a leisure walk through the terminal. Plenty of restaurants and gift/souvenir shops. Go to the observation deck if you love airplanes. Breakfast was available from 5am which was great for those with an early flight... Easy check-in/check-out.

The smell of carburant in the room but that was expected. Very expensive breakfast. An alternative just go inside the terminal and find a place.

Located next to the Haneda airport terminal, this hotel is easy to find and exceptionally convenient especially when you arrive at Haneda on a night flight and there is no public transportation available or leave Haneda in the very early morning. In addition the hotel is equipped with a vending machine which sells food items and some sanitary goods, which makes your stay very pleasant at midnight.

While I appreciate the hotel staff's presence to assist with the self check-in/out machines, having someone constantly by my side felt somewhat intrusive and gave me a sense of being rushed. In addition, the concept of automation/self-service paired with hands-on assistance seems contradictory, although it may make other people feel helpful.

Very convenient and functional hotel for domestic flights, you don't even need to leave the terminal. The two domestic terminals are connected by a walkway, and if you're transferring to or from the international terminal there's a free and frequent bus service.

They're big airport terminals and the hotel isn't particularly well signposted. Wish I'd checked the location more carefully before searching for it! Also, the hotel restaurant isn't great unless you're looking to sit down for an expensive course-based meal. Light meals or snacks at the bar aren't really an option. That said, there are plenty of other places to eat in the airport, not far from the hotel.

The room was much bigger than I expected and much quieter. I was able to use a computer to check in and I didn't have to show my ID as a resident in Japan. (Yay). The hotel was in the terminal that I was departing from the next day, so it was convenient for that. After I checked out, I was able to leave my suitcase and carry-on bag with the hotel so I didn't have to carry them around all day. The bed was very comfortable and so was the room temperature.

There were no USB ports in the room! I was surprised in this day and age not to see any. I wanted to charge my phone but had to use other methods.

Traveling from the US to Japan, we knew we were going to experience some jet lag, and traveling with a toddler meant that we needed to give ourselves some time to adjust and not push ourselves. Knowing that there would be plenty to do at the airport, we booked two nights at the hotel for after we landed and an additional night at the end of our trip before we flew back home. Well, we will definitely be doing this again. It was so convenient to clear customs and take a bus from our terminal directly to the terminal that the hotel was in and not have to do much more to get where we needed to be; we were all tired and ready to relax in our room. The room was small, but accommodated us, our luggage, and miscellaneous kid stuff just fine. The hotel is conveniently located in the Terminal 1-2 area where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, souvenir boutiques, vending machines, etc. Our son loved the kid play area and going to the observation deck. We did a day trip into Tokyo and caught our bus to Oarai all from the airport - the connection to different modes of transportation and bus terminals makes this really convenient.

The location was inside of the airport so we could go straight to the hotel adter a long flight. Also the bed was so comforble. One of the best fine bed we had in the past. Highly recommended!!

I had 2 rooms reserved in advance, and paid all, but when we got there, the receptionst could not find other reserved room, and took a long time to find out our reservation information. Even I showed the proof of pmt and other docs, they still took a long time to get the room information so we had to wait at the front for awhile.. That couod be smoother.

Located inside Terminal 2 - the hotel is easy to access by the link buses during their operating hours. One might need a taxi if later in the night. It is quiet in the terminal after the last flight but there is a door open for hotel guests. Check in is electronic though staff are on hand to assist as it can be tricky if you have not done this before. The room was sufficient in size with most amenities available. Though super close to the airport, it was well sound insulated. I didn't have breakfast but there was a restaurant and other eating options inside the terminal.

The size of the room was a pleasant surprise, having stayed in Tokyo hotel rooms before that were the size of shoeboxes! Our room had a great view of the runway and the Tokoyo Skytree across the bay, which was a little bonus. We didn't eat in the hotel as there is a huge variety of restaurants in the adjoining airport terminal, however the restaurant looked good. The shower had great water pressure and nice toiletries and the bed was super comfortable. All in all we were very happy!
