Inn at Rohnert Park

The room was clean and well stocked. It is in a very convenient location near the freeway and shopping. I would stay here again.

They were doing repair /maintenance on the exterior of the building. There was all the associated equipment related to stucco and paint required to complete the work. The work was progressing with minimal disruption to the stay.

The room was clean and enough for one person. Parking was plentiful, and the location with all the restaurants nearby worked out well.

Skimpy blankets, no extras. The door into the room had a one-half inch gap that let in cold air, shampoo bottle was exactly one usage. No extra toilet paper roll. Everything seemed kind of money-saving moves, but it didn't make me feel entirely welcome. Like if I needed more shampoo or toilet paper, I'd have to go up to the office and beg.

Eric and meanne on reception were excellent, Very clean and well maintained, particularly impressed by the deadlock security Nice pool which appeared to be well maintained Very convienient for the interstate but far enough away tht we could not hear noise from there.

The girl who checked us in was not very friendly in fact almost rude. A group of people in in the room by the pool were obviously drunk or drugged and very noisy but quietened down before 9pm I think it was room 137.

Fourth stay at this motel. This time the room looked remodeled, there was plenty of toilet paper, and tea bags were available. All the issues I had previously not happening this time.

Wish they would put weather-stripping in those entry doors. In four different rooms the gap has been about 1/2 inch between the door and the ground, and cold air comes into the rooms all night.

Convenient location, clean quiet safe room, nice and friendly staff accommodating of people with disabilities. The bed is comfortable. The shower is nice. Mini fridge excellent. They have ice machine and vending machines near the front office and garden/grass area. It's a safe and quiet place to stay the night in my experiences.

It has always been enjoyable and a good place to sleep for the night , the only criticism is that the website for online booking gives the lowest rate and when their website wasn't working, I had to book through the phone and they didn't give the lowest price (paid about $10 more)

I the room was clean and quiet. TV, fridge, free parking, sparkling clean pool, vending machines, close to restaurants and Starbucks (walking distance) plus freeway access.

No microwave or coffee maker in room. No comforter, no shampoo/conditioner- only soap. Screen on window was broken (room 304). No breakfast but there’s Starbucks and chick fil a across the parking lot.

Had a gals night at the nearby casino and Goodnight Inn was the perfect location. Affordable, clean room with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was very hospitable and welcoming.

Don’t get me wrong. Everything about the property is perfect. Its just the occupants that decided to have a fight in their room from 3am-7am that kept me up. I was on the first floor and felt like I was right in the room above.

Staff was extremely helpful. All desk agents went out of their way to assist us.

Warn guests of the construction taking place next door to the property and maybe ask the contractors not to start so early in the morning.

Iam on my third night here at the Goodnight Inn, and by far the best stay ever at a Hotel or Motel, the number one thing that has made my stay want to continue to stay longer is the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE by one employee and one employee only, and her name is ANA!!, absolutely wonderful customer service, had a beautiful and very genuine smile, her smile was infectious. You can have a bad day, or just don't feel like talking, and this employee went above and beyond. I hope this review not only gets to management, but also all of corporate offices of Goodnight Inn should be taking pointers from this employee, I just can't say enough good things about this employee, but also a good hearted human being. I enjoyed our conversations ANA, and hope to run into you one day, maybe we could hit a farmers market one day and stuff our faces with succulent fruits and vegetables. I hope that management can see the good and the wonderful heart that you have and give you more of a responsible role in this company, with really good pay and benefits, because once again, every person who gets a room with Goodnight Inn should be able to witness your inner beauty and outer beauty, GOD BLESS you ANA🍉🍌🍓🍒🍌🍇🍊🍑🍉🍒🍎🍈🍏🥝🥑🥦🌽🍆🥑🥬🍐🥝😀

Friendly staff. Good location. Great price. Comfortable. Refrigerator in the room.

I found some hairs on my sheets. No coffee/tea in the room. No tag for the door to not have staff come and clean the room. I was surprised that someone had come in. I don't like that.
