walking distance to Disney Springs! direct transportation to Disney parks! friendly staff! coffee shop in foyer! restaurant at hotel!

our room was not as nice as some of the rooms in the Tower part of the hotel. the room had a 70’s feel to it. Our room located by the hotel’s air conditioning group of fans which you could hear from the room. We were told we got this area of the hotel because we booked our room through a “third party” such as Booking.com. I felt a bit discriminated against as booking.com lists all amenities as if we booked directly through the hotel’s own website....I’m finding that saving money only singles us out and hotels are NOT allowing us same privileges!! Booking.com needs to realize We are not given same treatment but rather pushed off to the less desirable areas of the properties.

The room was clean and comfortable. The resort is in a great location, right by the overpass to Disney Springs. The staff was very friendly. While we didn't use it, the pool area seemed pretty nice. It was also pretty quiet.

The door was a little tough to open and close. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no body wash or shower soap in the room. We got one bar but that was already established as the sink soap. While it isn't usually a problem because I tend to bring my own, we had an unexpected stay due a delay in our flight home and I was already out at that point.

Service

The fact that you have to resort to hidden fees instead of being upfront with them. For instance $141 room charge then hide a $32 "resort fee" rather than put it upfront on the room cost. Then double taxing you by having state and occupancy taxes then adding occupancy and state taxes again as "a resort fee". Finally what used to be free parking becomes a $22/day charge. These "hidden costs" represent a 40% additional charge that say "don't trust this organization" they are not upfront with you.

The location is second to none if you enjoy visiting Disney springs.

The door to the room had trouble shutting all the way without slamming the door. I have a feeling many of the other rooms had the same situation since all you heard was slamming of doors all night long as people returned from the parks. For a tall person like myself, the shower head was very low and hard to get underneath properly.

Very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.

There’s a daily “resort fee” that should be part of the advertised price. There is also a daily charge to park there even though you are paying to stay there. This comes to more than $50 a day

The only thing was that, I travel with my boys and one of them is a 2 year old. I have complains about during the night because of noise when he was crying. I stay for almost 2 weeks and its was my second time stying there. I feel very upset when the hotel its actually kids friendly.

I had a great time at this hotel. The lobby was adorable, very homey feeling with photo props. The rooms were outside - Motel style that i didn't realize while booking but still very nice. The amenities pool, Jacuzzi were wonderful. We went in January and the pools were warmed. It is in a great location walking distance to many things.. so close to Disney Springs, so we spent a nice day just exploring all of Disney Springs, eating At the restaurants. We booked the hotel free shuttle to Magic Kingdom, we were able to walk down the road to waffle house for breakfast. Their breakfast buffet was delicious, all you can eat and the servers were soo charming. The place was kept very clean, staff was super friendly and attentive, room service came around every day and made our beds, took out the trash and gave us fresh new towels.

I only have one small minor complaint. I know its out of their control because the rooms are "outside" so to speak, and bugs can easily come in, but even though our room was kept really clean, our room definitely had an ant infestation. All baby ants - so they were really small, but still they were everywhere. I brought my own spray Alcohol that I had to use all over the counters but the ants are out of control and they seriously need to exterminate somehow. They were all over the bathroom sinks, even the dresser drawers where the TV was, we only bought closed boxed food and snacks and had try to and keep everything sealed. One even got into my makeup bag.

The pool was great and it was easy to travel back and forth to Disney.

On the day of our checkout a maid knocked on our door at 8 a.m. and said time to check out. I told her we would be checking out at 10 a.m. which is within the checkout window I was given when I booked the room. I'm sorry but I found this rude. After spending the day before at one of the Disney parks my family was tired. Obviously we know when we are scheduled to check out and I could understand if it had been close to the deadline but we still had a couple of hours. It made me feel like they were saying "now that you've spent your money here all week get out."

It is close to the house of blues, clean rooms, and friendly staff,.

They try to charge me again for the room fee that i already pay in the booking app.They charge 23 something dollars for parking each day. I din't find parking available after 11 pm.

Guest service didn’t know much about how it works with early entrance to the parks, couldn’t give us information about how much time should we leave if we want yo be in time. I mean most of the guests are staying for the same reason… quite complicated booking system for shuttle- you have to book a specific time even for return… and the bus goes only hourly
