It was clean and at night was peaceful after I got resituated.

When I 1st checked in, got my room, got all my stuff situated. Turned the air on, I waited for like an hour it never got cold. So I went to the front desk she asked could she come to the room & check. I stated sure. Waited for like 20 min bc I seen she had to check someone else in. She never came. So I went back & she was sitting there on her cell & said "O I forgot" then came. She checked & said "O this doesn't work I will have to switch u rooms. So she moved me from 1st floor to 3rd. Which was an inconvenience bc I had to get all my belongings & move rooms.

Close to the airport. Got an upgrade. Clean facilities. Airport shuttle. Great for budget. Big, comfortable rooms. Great sleep and great value.

Airport shuttle took a little over an hour to pick me up from airport, understandable as they work for all the hotels. Just be prepared to wait or take a $12 uber if you need to get there quicker. Free breakfast was advertised but it was just a granola bar and some beverages. These things didn’t bother me as everything was perfect, just to let you know.

The room was clean. All the bed sheets and pillow covers were clean. The mattress was comfortable. The TV worked fine. There was a room heater/AC in the room, that was a bit louder. We turned it on but then turned it off, since we did not need it. The weather was fine.

In the advertisement, there is breakfast mentioned but they never give you breakfast, instead, there is orange and apple juice available for free. They also give tea and coffee for free along with some protein bars.

Flight got canceled so booked overnight here. They have free airport shuttle 24/7. The hotel is in good location (safe), they share parking with some other big brand hotels. I am giving them 10 because it was worth it for me.

I was fine with everything here. I will stay again if I go for a quick visit. Usually 50/60$ gets you cheap trashy hotel but this one was as good as holiday inn etc.

Excellent room and supplies very clean and neat, the room very clean and organized and fresh drinks and coffee at the lobby outstanding.

The $100 mandatory deposit. That's extremely uncalled for and discouraging. This kinds of money demands is unnecessary and will keep many visitors and customers away. People don't have such money besides hotel payments.

The pictures show breakfast, but they don't serve breakfast. That was disappointing.

Hard to plug in things. The sockets don't work. Like the cable but would have preferred a smart TV.

The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing and the hotel is in such a convenient location I absolutely loved my stay there

On booking it did say breakfast included but that wasn’t even a thing at the hotel

Spacious excellent room, best bed with clean sheets and extra pillows and fresh drinks plus fresh coffee. Phenomenal job. I love it!

Nothing. They provide remarkable transportation services to the dfw airport. Perfect!

Comfy bed and close to airport and the convenience of airport pickup and drop off.

The booking mentioned a free breakfast. They only offer granola bars and juice on tap and hot water for tea and coffee.

I like the room in general and the environment, The hotel location is good as it is located near DFW
