The staff were absolutely wonderful to us. Most spoke perfect English and we’re always friendly and welcoming to us! The hotel had all the amenities we were after (except toothbrushes) but it wasn’t a major issue for us. We could organise tours, get room service, they event lent me an adaptor. The breakfast staff were my absolutely favourite. There was a gentlemen who offered to take our omelette order every morning. I didn’t catch his name but he looked like a supervisor. There a supermarkets a few doors down. The breakfast had a great selection and everything was clean! Comfy bed and the tv was amazing. Smart tv with English options and next life access. We also liked the fridge to store our water bottles. Shower power was good and clean! We very much enjoyed our stay and would atm there again. The gym also has a great view of the view and the back of Christ the Redeemer. We didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t heated.

You can hear some people talk through the walls at times and there was no toothbrush (we forgot to pack ours). But we bought some new ones from the supermarket a few doors down and it was only a few US dollars. The lift can sometimes get crowded, so we would always have to go down before going up the rooftop, otherwise we could never get inside the lift. But it wasn’t a major deal breaker for us and not fault by the workers. It’s managements poor design of the hotel.

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel. This time we stayed in a room on the top floor. Although the hotel did not have an open view, our room overlooked a slum. The view was very beautiful during the day and at night as well. The room was a good size and was cleaned daily. Check in and check out very fast. The internet is very good. The location wasn't perfect, but the hotel is a 3-minute walk from Leme beach. The view from the pool is very beautiful. The hotel staff were all very helpful.

We stayed over the holiday. The hotel was fully booked, we noticed that the quality of breakfast during the holiday was very bad. The pool area is very pleasant if live or electronic music is not playing. When there is music it is impossible to stay in the place, because the music is too loud. The hotel is a little higher from the street pavement, so there is a staircase to enter the hotel. You need to go upstairs with your bags, sometimes there is someone to help.

The hotel is close to Leme beach, about 2 minutes walk. The room was clean and organized. We were on the fifth floor, so the view was of the front building, but that wasn't a problem for us. The internet was very good, you could watch movies or even work remotely without any problems. Perfect! Very quick check-in and check-out with no bureaucracy. I loved! The pool area is very pleasant, it has a very beautiful view, a good place to relax, when it is not very busy. You can walk to shopping Rio Sul, it's about 20 minutes away. Leme beach is calmer than Copacabana, but if you prefer Copacabana, you can walk 8 minutes and you will be at Copacabana Posto 2. Logico, that walking in Rio always with great care, like any big city.

We noticed that the breakfast on days without movement was of good quality. However, on busy days, the breakfast was very bad, with very poor quality products. We made a complaint because the quality of the breakfast actually declined on busy days, a pity. The bathroom stall did not have a good seal, it leaked a lot of water when used. The location of the hotel, although close to the beach, is not very pleasant. At night, on the street of the hotel, there are many people sleeping on the street, not a pleasant sight. The hotel does not have an access ramp, so you have to go up a few steps with your bags (sometimes there is someone to help).

The breakfast was very good. Many options for all dietary needs. The rooftop has a beautiful view and the pool I lovely. The room was average size but clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and new

The situation with the pool towels was a bit odd? You got a towel card when checked in but hand this in to get a towel but don’t get the card back once towel is returned. There also wasn’t anywhere clear to fill up water bottles. Considering you can’t drink the tap water I think some complementary water is reasonable given the price and standard of the hotel

Everything was ok, we received what we paid for, the bed was really comfy, the shower was amazing and the location is convenient, far from the noise but close enough to copacabana.

Just that the batteries from the AC were constantly not working and our room was beside the lift, the staff on the rooftop don't serve you or tell you the promotions on drinks if you do not tip them everytime. Finally at night the homeless infront of the hotel stared at us constantly, I do not know if they were drunk or with drugs, it was a bit scary, but the hotel has security at the door.

Located in a calm and safe region of Copacabana, this hotel is at walking distance from the Leme beach and fine restaurants, and at a quick taxi ride from everything in Rio's south zone. It's not as expensive as an equivalent or inferior hotel in Ipanema or Leblon, but offers great facilities, such as a top floor pool and bar, with spectacular views to the beach, good breakfast and very supportive and approachable staff. Leme is one of the best places to stay in Rio and this hotel is a very nice one and excellent value for money.

Honestly, it's hard to say! They even allowed me to check-in nearly 3 hours before the established time, which was great.

Excellent locations and amazing rooms. I love the outdoor bar and pool area. Really clean to too. They are strict on guest allowed in your room.

I'm not complaining but the elevators are slow and there's one elevator to the pool and it's first come first serve. There's always a 5 minute waiting period.

I requested vegan breakfast options. I was informed there would be choices and for that reason, I booked breakfast for each day of my stay. My options were VERY limited- gluten bread and jam - and although the chef tried to help on the last day of my stay, I'm dissapointed. Had I been informed that there wouldn't be much for me to eat, I would not have booked room and breakfast.

We asked for a beach view room, we had to crane our necks to see any of the beach at all Be careful with food from the rooftop bar. We had to send ours back (as did another couple) as it was not cooked properly. We received no apology and had to wait for ages Breakfast is a bit chaotic, but food is replenished quite quickly
