The hotel is within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The subway is just nearby and it's convenient to move around the city and to walk to take different lines to different places. There is a supermarket just below the hotel and is super convenient to get essentials. and it closes quite late There are also nice cafes just below the hotel - Starbucks, Mcdonalds, Italian Tomato for lovely breakfast. We took the bus back to the airport which was super convenient, and purchase of bus ticket was easy. Don't consider taking the train to KIX airport as the Namba-Nankai station is way too far to lug your luggage and walk. Take the bus instead which is just below the hotel and it's super efficient and convenient. We love the location and the hotel and would seriously consider staying here again if we return to Osaka. What we also like is that booking.com arranged a free airport transfer to the hotel and it really helped, especially when we just landed and was unfamiliar with the place and it was sunset by the time we landed in Osaka.

The room was a little small with a very small round table which was quite difficult for 2 people to sit down to eat and also to put our luggage and move around. There were also not enough hangers. Other than that, I think it's bearable, considering the fact that hotels in Japan are relatively small.

Good location. Directly exit through the subway path from JR Namba (about 800m) . The closet station is Yodsubashi Line (y15) about 300 m. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. That's very convenient ! The view from my window is very beautiful. I love it !! Good pajamas, very confort texture. Big room, two luggages can be opened together at the same time.

A little bit dusty in the room. Otherwise everything's clean.

The location of the property was great, it was really close to the eating and shopping areas and you can take a bus to Topanzan area. Take exit number 30 from Namba station. the room was fairly spacious for Japan standards and it was clean.

The rooms felt slightly dated and a small annoyance was that the curtains were not completely black out with a gap at the bottom of the curtains, letting light through.

The location is great. It’s just next to Namba JR Station. We can take airport bus to there. If we go for other subways or train, just walk through the underground shopping street. In winter, it’s not cold. The room is big. It’s enough space to open 2 luggages there. The staff are nice and I see one of Japanese staff can speak Mandarin. It’s very helpful for the Chinese visitors. Besides, there is a supermarket which operates until 12am and a Lawson convenience store until 11pm. We can also have McDonald and Starbucks. It’s really convenient. Will consider to stay again!

The room is quite dusty. It would be better if open the window. It’s suggested to do vacuuming everyday even not request “tidy up” service. The fridge is not cool enough.

The location is unbeatable in consideration of the traffic convenience. It's located at the traffic hob in Namba Osaka that you could reach JR, Metro and Kintetsu in a min's walk. It is also in a quite area just off from the busiest tourist area. Supermarket just downstairs on the ground floor operating till very late night. I took the Airport Limousine Bus (plateform 11 costing 1100 yen) from Kansai Airport to the OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) which was at the adjacent building of the hotel. The bus stopped on the 2nd Floor so that I took lift to the ground floor and went through the north exit then the hotel entrance was 30m away on the right side. The reception lobby was on 22/F. I stayed 7 days and reached tourist spots of my choice by walking through the underground walkways or took metro Y line, M line or JR. It saved me a lot of traffic time. It is highly recommended for seeking a clean, comfort and traffic friendly hotel. Will get back to this hotel if visit Osaka in the future.

Not much facilities such as Gym or coin laundry machine.

The hotel is just next to the OCAT bus terminal. We took bus #11 from osaka Kansai airport to the hotel. This is the same bus terminal where you can take a bus to Kobe sanda premium outlet. The journey to the premium outlet is about 1.5hrs. there's only 1 return bus from Kobe sanda premium outlet to OCAT bus terminal at 4pm. No reservations for bus tickets from OCAT to Kansai airport. There's a bus almost every 30mins. Need to queue for the bus, first come first serve. The hotel is linked to tons of underground shops and eateries and about 10mins walk to dotonbori. The city view is so nice and you can watch the sunrise from the room.

Can hear the water pipe sound at night and the mattress is a bit too hard for comfort.

The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for 8 nights (8 breakfast) and we never tired of the variety. The dining room staff was excellent.

It was weird to enter the hotel with no staff to greet you. Registration was on the 22nd floor. So, you walk into this grand hotel and no staff around to greet nor guide you to the elevators. It was a professionally run facility but it lacked warmth. For example, we’ve stayed at the Cross Hotel before and the registration area is on the ground floor so you get to know the staff better.

The breakfast buffet was a glorious spread in a beautiful location. Staff was so helpful and kind. There was an earthquake during our stay, and it was comforting to hear announcements being made in multiple languages over the intercom system (Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean). I love the buckwheat beans inside our pillows. Never seen that before. Apparently, its to help with having restful nights. Location is right next to OCAT and also, there is a glorious grocery store in the basement of the attached shopping mall. Lastly, it's within walking distance to Americamura, Shinsaibashi, Dontonburi, and (our favorite) Nipponbashi.

It was odd to go through multiple elevator routes (1 get to the lobby on the 20th floor, and then around the lobby there was another bank of elevators to get us to our room floor). However, this may be common in large buildings with multiple purposes. And then, lastly, I like to have more drawers to utilize when I'm in a hotel, but there was plenty of closet space. So this is more of a personal preference.

Very nice hotel located near Namba Station. We took a bus from the Osaka airport and the bus station was actually next door to the hotel. Our room was on 28th floor and that gave us opportunity to enjoy in fantastic panoramic view over the Osaka. Room was very clean, provided enough space for 3 of us. Within a walking distance you can reach many restaurants, shops and some of the tourists hot spots. We took a walk to Osaka castle which is around 4km away and enjoyed in discovering the city, allowing ouselves to get lost in some moments but always felt very safe.

Hotel is sheltered to the metro station. There is an escalator that leads to the basement which connects to the train station which was really good on rainy days. There is also a good variety of food underground leading to the train station. Walking distance to dotonbori. Great location.

Room was smaller compared to the other hotels we stayed. We have a big and medium size luggage that just fit into room with minimal walking space. Late check out charges at 2000 yen per hour. Something to take note as I notice Japan hotels tend to have earlier check out
