We loved this hotel so much that we extended another day twice. Original plan was to stay 2 nights, and we made it our base for exploring for 4 nights. We stayed in a double-bed room, and in a room with 2 twin beds, and we liked the layout of the twin beds better. We got back late a couple of nights and did not feel like going out to eat. There is a really nice grocery store next door that is open late. The hotel rooms we stayed in did not have a microwave, but there is one available on the first floor. We stayed in Osaka while visiting Nara and Kyoto which are both short train rides away.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a 5 min walk away from the busy streets of Shinsaibashi so we were able to walk everywhere when going out. Subway station less than 2 minute walk away also. Rooms were fine, simple and understated but very clean. The staff are very helpful and very kind. A luggage weight machine and currency exchange machine are also on-site which is hugely helpful.

No gym / pool on site but a very minor drawback as we didn’t spend much time in hotel.

The check-in process was very smooth and the staff were all pleasant. The room is clean and they have all the toiletries that you need. Breakfast variety are all good. Location is very very good, near the train station and AEON Supermarket is just beside the hotel.

Well laid out rooms. I did not feel cramped at all. Quite modern and updated facilities and decor. They provide guests with free amenities like instant coffee and shower products on the shelf by the lifts. Right next door is a 24hour grocery store.

It is a little bit of a walk from the main Shinsaibashi strip (about 8min walk). The closest station is Yotsubashi

The property is near different stations and has a konbini, grocery store, and ATMs nearby. it has an easy access as well. The staff are really helpful and even let me borrow their iron for clothes.

First of all, spotless hotel. Really clean rooms, lobby, halls, everything. Very kind and accommodating staff who are happy to speak Japanese or English with you. Very smooth check-in and check-out. Rooms come equipped with everything you would need, and a window that can open. Bathroom is much bigger and nicer than I would expect for they type of hotel, price and size of room. Everything is available in English for any first-time travelers that are looking for a place to stay. Location is absolutely perfect. Just outside the bustle and noise that is the Shinsaibashi night-life (so you'll get a good night sleep!) but also immediately above the underground walkway that brings you to three different major subway lines and access to all that Shinsaibashi has to offer. For added convenience, there is a 24 hour full supermarket right next to the hotel.

Absolutely everything was amazing value for the price. The only thing I would mention is that the rooms are quite small, but this is standard in a Japanese hotel like this. Still, added warning to any first-time visitors.

Great Location. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room is at street level..so nice to sit and watch people going about their day. The chef ensured that there were vegetarian options available. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood

Rooms a bit tight but clean and as advertised

The room was quiet, with a very comfortable bed, a small table and chair, and a desk and chair. There was a blind to block out the sun, and the bathroom was spacious. It was clean, and looked recently decorated. There were ample electrical sockets.

The restaurant was closed. I couldn't dim the lighting in the room.

Aeon mart and Mc Donald beside the hotel. Breakfast simple and tasty. Local train station round the corner.

Toilet not clean when we first check in. Quite a distant to walk to go to shopping district.

Great location, close to transport, shopping and food. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.
