Great service at checkin. A lovely young lady who spoke English. Very clean. A lovely hot bath & a women's only relaxation room,great amenities. I only stayed one night,but will definately stay again next time I'm in Osaka. Only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori,& close to shops,bars, restaurants, etc.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (give umbrella for free for the day). Smoking rooms do not smell at all like smoke thanks to really good purifiers in each room. Hotel in very good area for where things are happening. Onsen/Sento onsite is fantastic (1 hot, 1 warm, 1 cold and 1 very hot sauna for men and women separately (nude, and can cover tattoos) and included and amenities are plentiful. Air conditioning perfect , 24/7 desks.

Pillows can be a little bit uncomfortable, but definitely fine for sleeping. 10 minute walk to station so could be a little closer

Staff able to communicate in English. Common bath area kept clean and offered hot pots, sauna, curling irons, facial devices. Room with 2 twin beds was larger than expected with 2 full-sized beds and an extra full-sized lounge bed (corner room 706). Although no breakfast is offered, there is a Family Mart next to the lobby in the same building.

The decor is very basic or basically none, which makes the hotel seems a little more on the clinical side rather than cozy side. Be aware that daily housekeeping in not offered.

The hotel was located right in the middle of many small artists/music/hip clothing shops! It was nice to just walk out and check out all the different small shops and their specialities. In addition, there was a convenience store right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab necessities as needed. The hotel staff were all very polite and extremely helpful, with small amenities provided on the first floor. Cleaning services were easy to use. In addition, dotonburi was just a few minutes walk away, making this hotel ideal for easy access to the biggest shopping area of Osaka.

The room was very clean, although there was a plastic bottle left over from the previous guests under the bed.

Arty Inn hotel is a brilliant place. It's in Ame-Mura and so convenient to travel from with Shinsaibashi, Yotsubashi and Namba subway stations as well as Namba Nankai and JR Namba stations all within easy reach by foot. The staff were very nice, kind and welcoming - 本当にありがとうございます. They answered every question I had and always had a smile on their faces. You can get free complimentary toiletries from the lobby. The room had one of the best showers ever. The cleaners were very polite and professional - - 本当にありがとうございます. There are a plethora of local restaurants and eateries and attractions literally within 1 minute walk. Explore and be amazed.

We were schoked that we got such a big room (super silent as well) and a SPA for a price like that.. We stayed at the hotel twice for 2 nights and both rooms were very spacious with a very nice bathroom. The rooms had a window, but there was such silence inside the room, which is crazy in regards to the loudness outside. The location was perfect. 5-10min walk from the main train stations and Dotonburi street. The staff was super helpful and nice and the SPA was the best from all the hotels we checked in on our trip! It had a hot, a warm and a cold bath and a sauna. Super good! They also allowed people with small tattoos in. Women spa has a code to enter, so you feel a bit safer. They also have a women room, where you can borrow a yoga mat and beauty products and mashines for skin and hair for free and take your time and chill. The conbini was just at the entrence of the hotel.

The staff were beyond any I have experienced before, the manager was so kind and helpful, I needed access to phone and printer, he went out of his way to help with my situation.. Room was very comfortable, we had access to beauty products and tea, coffee as much as we needed.. The onsen and sauna was absolutely fantastic, we had a ladies' pamper room with outstanding amenities.. I would say one of the best places I have stayed, and I have travelled extensively.. The hotel position was very convenient to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.. Thank you. I will be back again, when visiting Osaka .

Location was amazing - little bit of a walk from the station, but so worth it for where it’s placed. Right in the middle of the noisy and fun America-mura district, and a short, flat walk to Dotonbori and other great sights. Room aircon was great, shower was a good size too. The area is busy and noisy pretty much all times of day, but the room is nice and quiet. The women’s only area was a wonderful bonus too - lovely space to get ready or wind down.

The step up into the bathroom is a bit awkward, and may be uncomfortable for a shorter person. The pillows weren’t super great either, and the bed definitely would be too small for two larger people.

the rooms were very clean and the small space was utilized efficiently. the staff was friendly and helpful. it was very convenient that there was a family mart in the building so we could buy food there and heat it up in the microwave in the amenity kitchen on the 4th floor. there was also a vendo machine and an ice machine in the amenity kitchen. convenient location as we could just walk to dotonbori and the nearby shopping streets. would stay here again!

- The building is a bit old and you can feel in the elevators, etc. However I did not mind it at all - The area can be "dangerous" for Japanese standards (still very safe), so you should be careful with unattended belongings
