Comfy bed and pillows. Reasonable size for two people. Close to Yotsubashi station. Aeon supermarket is located downstair and McD is next door. Buffet breakfast has a variety of food. Good view from the buffet dining area. Quiet and good soundproof for the room. There is an elevator near Exit 2 from the station so avoid carrying your heavy suitcase up the stairs. Once you come out from the elevator, cross the road to reach McD and the hotel. McD is a good pin to find the hotel if you're unsure of the location.

The room and bathtub were very dusty. Urine stain under the toilet bowl lid which was very disgusting. Some of the bath towels had brown stain. Far from Shinsaibashi station. Buffet breakfast has about 90% of same food across the week. The blanket was too warm to sleep with despite having air conditioning.

Great location!! Next to Aeon and McDonald’s (both open 24h if I’m not mistaken), is great if you’re not paying for breakfast at the hotel & felt safe walking around even when you wanted to get late night snacks. Clean and comfortable bed, the size of the room is just nice for solo travellers. Great staff too! They tried their best to communicate with you (since there’s language barrier) and help you, really appreciate the effort! Overall, really recommended!! Small mishap: If you want to send your luggages to the airport for convenience, better to ask the receptionists in details and make sure they could do same day delivery if you’re thinking one.

It was a business hotel and a lot of things were self-service like bringing up toiletries from the lobby but very complete though! We appreciated the extra touch of having fresh sets of pajamas every night. Super convenient location near the train station and with a 24 hour Aeon supermarket right downstairs. We walked both nights of our stay through Amerika-mura to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi for meals and for shopping.

This is also true about some of the other places we stayed at in Japan but we don't understand having check-in at 3 pm and check-out at 10 am which really is quite early...

The hotel is conveniently located at exit 2 of Yotsubashi Station. However, if you have luggage with you, it is recommended to use a different exit. There is an Aeon food hall downstairs, and both McDonald's and 7-11 are just around the corner. The hotel provides toiletries and coffee/tea in a designated corner of the lobby. Additionally, you can find amenities such as a washing machine, vending machine, microwave, and a smoking area in the lobby as well. Please note that the lift to the lobby and the lift to the rooms are separate

We booked a room with breakfast included, but we found that their breakfast options were very simple and tended to repeat every day. The breakfast consisted of a mix of Japanese and Western food. Since we were staying for three nights, on the third day, we decided to have breakfast at McDonald's instead.

Location - within 10-15 minute walk of the famous Donburi area as well as various department stores (Daimaru/Parco Shinsaibashi). Otherwise ~5 minute walk to metro station to access other parts of the city. Nice grocery store literally next door if you need anything. Decent breakfast which was included for us. Staff very accommodating and polite. Fast elevators. Fast checkout with Kiosk.

Limited breakfast options - there are alternating A and B options for western and Japanese styles, making 4 total breakfast options. If you're adventurous, would probably recommend skipping the included breakfast and going out to find something. Beds are firmer than we are accustomed to but that seems to be the norm in Japan.

Nice place to stay with a supermarket just down the hotel. Room is clean, they gave us a new pair of slippers every time whenever we request for room cleaning service 😂. Room is very comfy and superb cleanliness! Walking distance for around 15 minutes to Dotonbori and Namba. Love the bed, pillow and blanket they provide which is super soft and comfortable. The whole room, bath and face towels are very clean, without musty smell!

Microwave amenities is only located at 3rd floor lobby area beside smoking area which is not friendly to non smoker.

The location is very near to Shinsaibashi station, easy to travel around Osaka There are McD and AEON food store conveniently right at the downstairs, we no need to worry about food during the stay

The bathroom drainage system could have been better, the bathtub always stuck when there are a few hairs at the drain hole, need to request The air conditioning is making some fan noise during operate, feel like an old air conditioning that urgently need servicing

spacious room new and very clean new design of facilities placement make it’s more convenient than other traditional business hotels which i like it so much, such as sockets, workable table, hangers, plenty of space to drop your stuffs comfortable pajamas lots of food choices in the area … hidden gems

some staff doesn’t understand English and communicate well enough quite a long walk from Shinsaibashi station but there’s an elevator in front of the hotel so, it’s fabulous options of train lines, but take a little walk

Overall it was an excellent stay for the price. Located close to a train station (we didn't use it as we enjoyed the 10-15 minute walk to the central Dotonbori area) and to window shop and take a look at what the lanes had to offer. Situated right next to a great sized supermarket, so it was easy to pick up snacks or water or whatever else you may have problems finding. It was great for us, but some people may want a more central location. Room: Bed, pillow and room temperature were all very good, and we slept well. Staff spoke English and were great at the front desk. No issues there.

Keep in mind you will have to pay a local Accommodation tax (it's very low, below $10 if you're staying for a few nights with 2 people). We didn't know this before coming and thought it was a cheeky additional charge, so don't be too alarmed.

The room was big! I mean bigger than usual hotels I have been. Very clean and beautiful. Lot of lights (but not arranged very practically). Free selection of quality teas and drip coffee. The price was reasonable even close to the New Year. Two stations of different subway lines in walking distance.

Only details. Although there were many light bulbs, there wasn't a way to adjust them in a comfortable way ("dimmed" lights shined stright into our eyes). Apart of the drinks and toothbrush, there weren't that many ammenities available.
