I love the location. It's really near to the Yotsubashi station and some big chains cafes like Starbucks. The aesthetic of the place is pretty with many activities at the lobby and games guests could bring back to the room to play. And of course, the Pokemon room!! My family was so happy with it, and my son would wake up every morning and be in a good mood. The lobby has a vending machine, smoking room, nursing room, and laundry room, too. The dryer was so good that it dried our jeans in 20 minutes, and none of our clothes shrank.

The cleanliness of the place can be improved. There was dust on the rail in the bathroom and some other places, and the light in our bathroom was broken. And that they only make the bed every three days instead of daily.

Very pleasant, friendly staff, and the Pokemon room was decorated amazingly! Never seen any better decorated room for Pokemon lovers! Fairly close to an enclosed shopping area. Nice kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove. Great stay for family. Very thoughtful housekeeping.

Few amenities offered (no breakfast), and the staff directed us the long way around to the shopping area, we think so as to avoid a slighly sketchy area. Staff was also unwilling to call taxis for us.

Nice design and feels homey. Good for group of 4 friends or family. Well equipped in terms of room facilities and very clean overall.

the Bunk beds on top were not comfortable. (twin beds below were good). Tooth brush provided was small and hard bristles. Hotel didn't have any other facilities eg. hot spring, gym etc. Price point is considered to be on the higher side. Technically quite a far walk to the main Osaka places.

Helpful staff who were always friendly, great selection of amenities and things you can borrow and take to your room (including Apple TV, games, etc), recommendations for restaurants, many games for kids.

The mattresses for the bunk beds were hard and the kids found it uncomfortable after a few nights. The Pokemon room is great but has no natural light / windows, which gets a bit depressing after a while.

The room was like having your own apartment with the kitchen, dinning area with TV, and 4 beds separated out. The view from our room was great as you got to see the city and streets. Room was also very quiet given that it is near a street. The lobby was a play area for kids. The location is very close to a Lawson's convenient store and restaurants that offer take-out.

There is only one elevator and if it is busy you might want to take the stairs if in a hurry.

the rooms are huge and suitable for families with small children. the lobby also have a lot of engaging activities for kids. the location is about 9 minutes walk to Dontonburi and 7 minutes walk to the JR Namba station

there’s only one elevator so you can imagine what check out is like when the cleaning people are trying to use the elevator and you’re trying to leave with your luggage’s

Great location The rooms were spacious & clean with a nice big fridge & freezer drawer The staff was very helpful & friendly It feels like you are at home with all the conveniences of a kitchen to warm up food, etc...

They did not provide bottled water The TV only show Japanese channels

The staff were the best part. The room was a good size and well organized.

Would like to have a reading light beside the bed, and wish there was a second elevator- several times we had to let one go past as it was already full. Also, on our 2nd day someone came to the room at 9:30 am but we were still there. They never returned so we didn’t get fresh towels that day.

The room was big and the table makes it really easy for our meals. Facilities was great and i really like the room and it's quiet at night, good for sleeping.

Could do better in cleaning. Somedays the towels were not changed and the toilets not cleaned properly though not too bad till i cant use it. Walk to dotonburi was abt 10mins but with a pram it takes longer.

Superb accomodation for family. Very spacious, comfy beds, excellent range of amenities. Game rental and in the lobby are excellent to entertain the kids. Walking distance to dotonbori. Surrounded by stations all within 10 mins range. Staff super friendly and was able to help with sending luggage to our next accomodation. Highly recommended.
