Great location for Osaka close to Shinsaibashisuji and Dotombori

Nothing that we really didn't like

Nice spacious clean (triple) room conform picture. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice, with window seats at the street side. Funny establishments outside with dragons and dinosaurs decorations. Lawson was a street behind, so if you know it is very nearby. Walking distance to Glico sign (buzzing city centre).

the elevator didn't work, only got repaired the last day we stayed there (4 nights).

It was pretty good stay in Arrow Hotel. One would easily notice that it is a rather old hotel. Nevertheless, the cleanliness of the room was still impressive. Glad that they hotel seem to obviously have upgraded its bathroom. Facilities were old yet still functioning. Staff were polite and very kind. Breakfast was impressive, it has wide variety. It is hearty and not bad at all. The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from Glico, Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi shopping alley.

The hotel has to put up a sign that checking-in guests (with huge luggage) need to use the "somewhat hidden" elevator to reach the front desk at the 2nd floor. I noticed, first timers would normally use the "very visible" slim but inoperational escalator to reach the second floor which would be too difficult for folks with large luggages.

The location, staff and the hotel's free breakfast should be enough reasons to give it a try. It is a few blocks away from Dotonbori. It is accessible to the train stations. The neighborhood lies in the middle of the metro with 24 hour convenient stores. The staff is accommodating, and their breakfast is fresh and tasty

The hotel doesn't have a lot ammenities like other hotels. It does not have a pool and wide common area. It is also not accessible to people using wheelchairs. There are no ramp. The entrance to the hotel is a narrow escalator.

The location is very strategic. The room is spacious for family. Comfortable. Breakfast is provided. You can also leave your luggages when checking out. Good wifi.

1. If you bring medium to big luggage and more than one luggage, you have to pick them up to downstairs since there is no escalator down and the elevator last stop is at 1st floor only. 2. No washing machine.

good location, very close to Namba station, walking distance to all the big shopping centres and restaurants. The room is small but it’s got everything including a good size bath tub. The staff are polite and courteous. The breakfast is buffet style, tastes good, clean and very satisfying.

Nothing I didn't like. All is well from staff to room to location to food. In fact, God willing we will definitely book in this hotel. Clean, great staff and great location.

The check in went very smooth. The woman checking us in was very kind and welcoming! She offered to hold our bags behind the counter while we explored the city and came back when our room was ready.

The rooms need updating. It's a bit outdated, but you get what you pay for! It's very near the best areas of Osaka. Would stay again!

The location was perfect, only a few steps away from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping district. Close to both Namba station and Shinsaibashi station. Convenience stores and food shops everywhere too :)

The beds were a bit uncomfy. I could feel the springs at my back, pillow was also not that great

Very accommodating. Checked in at 2 and ice water was waiting in the room! Appreciate that they are not using bottled water. They also allowed us an extended checkout time for a minimal fee which was a blessing

Coffee wasn’t very good. Otherwise breakfast was good!
