Great central location, friendly staff, room was large and comfortable with clothes washing facilities.

Darkest mirror I have ever seen in a hotel room! Not possible to do makeup in properly unfortunately.

The hotel was in a fabulous location, right in the center of Dotonbori. We had a room on floor 14 so very quiet. Staff were extremely helpful on the front desk. Very modern and lovely ambience as you walked into the hotel and great chill out areas. I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Osaka.

The rooms were very dark, I like a dark room but just a bit too dark for us to see. If they changed the mirror from tinted to normal and put a full-length normal mirror in the room, it would be better. My husband struggled to shave, and I couldn't see to put make up on. The reception gave us a small stand-up desk mirror that did help. Housekeeping was a bit of a hit or miss and we had to ask for towels and bin change on 3 occasions out of 7, even though we had requested this with the note on the door.

the hotel, and the rooms are very clean and you have everything you need.

Staff speaks little English, in my opinion this should be improved.

Absolutely couldn’t rave more about this place. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to after a very extensive list of holidays. Building is very new and very much love the architecture and design. The mood lighting everywhere and dimmed corridors make it feel very luxurious and worth more than we payed that’s for sure! Amazing facilities and the best living area for guests with a very lively atmosphere. Staff were extremely helpful and location was bang on. Couldn’t be closer to Dotonbori if you tried with this level of cleanliness and quality. Plus two amazing train stations nearby making day trips to out lying areas a breeze.

I seriously can’t fault this hotel at all. Only one thing I would suggest which being a gym junkie travelling in Japan is a bit much to ask probably but maybe a few free weights in the gym to add to the treadmill and mats.

Loved the interior of the place and room was very spacious. The whole vibe of the hotel (especially hallways) are very dark (dim lighting), which could give off a modern vibe, but not sure elderly or individuals with poor eye sights would appreciate this. If you walk the hallway at night (alone), it can be a little creepy. Loved the location A+++. They were out of double/ queen bed rooms so we requested for the single beds to be pushed together and they happily did so.

We paid for a Superior room, but our room didn't have a full body mirror. I happened to glance into another room while it was being cleaned and noticed there was a mirror, so thought it was odd that our room didn't have it. Enquired with the staff about not having the full body mirror and no-one ever got back to us. On one occasion, I requested for more toilet rolls. They said they will bring it up immediately. I fell asleep waiting for them and an hour later, I decided to just go downstairs to ask again/ get it myself.

My favourite hotel out of 5 that we stayed at during our 2 week Japan trip. Clean, modern, spacious with a wet shower/bath room separated from the toilet. Our room had its own washing machine/dryer which was very convenient as we could run it during the day while we were out. It had a decent sized fridge/freezer, a microwave and a portable induction stove with a pot. There were hooks for hanging bags/clothes. The bed actually was a decent size. The location was really convenient and you are steps away from Dotonbori Street and river with endless shops and restaurants surrounding you. Staff were friendly.

No Chromecast available on the TV. The room was quite dark as other reviews have stated (but bearable considering everything else!). No proper mirror which was a challenge too when getting ready.

The new contemporary design and very attentive staff.

The rooms dark colour scheme is very cosy, but in some areas it was just too dark - for example it was hard to see inside the cupboards, as they were black too.

Location is superb. Check in was a breeze. Elevator operation only with card key ensures security. Room is reasonably sized by Japanese standards. Location is a block away from Dotonbori. If you can follow directions, hotel is easy to find and a short walk from Namba-Nankai station where you get off from Kansai on the Rapi:t. Room-wise, bath and toilet are in separate compartments, sink is outside both compartments. Makes it easy not to wait for each other when you have companions in the room. Overall, hotel theme is hip, modern. Other reviews say it's dark, but that's the vibe of the hotel. It will appeal to a younger demographic. But I'm 66 and love it. Will be my go-to hotel in Osaka considering price and location. Of course the Swissotel at the Namba station is hard to beat in terms of location but expensive these days.

Not much shelf space nor hooks in the room. Clean up a bit slow by housekeeping. But other than that, nothing more.

שמירת התרגום The location is excellent! The hotel is new. The staff is kind. שמירת התרגום good breakfast. Washing machine + dryer in the room really helped us! שמירת התרגום It is recommended to take a room with at least 2 windows or a high floor so that light can enter from the window Thanks for the cocktail at the entrance

A lot has been written about the dark rooms, it's really true This makes it difficult to get organized especially in the morning. I believe it also makes it difficult to clean the room because you can't see the dirt. We were initially given a room in front of a building, so no natural light came in from the outside and it was dirty very quickly. They helped us and we moved to a room with 2 large windows. This hotel was visually stunning! I loved the darker aesthetic and the artwork which created a very unique atmosphere in the hotel but I did not love the practical aspects of it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and no matter what we asked of them, someone was always willing to assist us, even when we had a few unpredictable issues arise. I was very happy with the size of our bedroom and the facilities provided were clean and of great quality. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk a few blocks to the train station or Dotonbori, making this a perfect spot. We also loved the variety and quality of our breakfast each morning as well.

Though I loved the look and atmosphere of the decor, practically it did create some frustrations for me as someone who needs better lighting for make up and other purposes. I resorted to putting on my make up with a hand mirror while standing next to the window to gain some natural light. The lighting is unfortunately not practical and this is the only aspect of the hotel which affected my experience negatively.
