A very faithful to the Japanese original capsule hotel concept establishment. Communal bath, with onsen and sauna facilities to boot. Basic amenities are provided generously, and some additional efforts are made to further convenient the guests with vending machines readily accessible by just tapping with the wristbands provided and put onto your tab which you would need to settle prior to checking out.
Nothing really. It's just that like many capsule hotels in Japan, you are required to vacate the hotel by 10.00am and check-in back again at 3.00pm every single day - regardless of how many consecutive nights you are staying. A bit of annoyance and inconvenience

Great sauna and spa facilities and located close to Namba station and Dotonbori
You have to check out daily with your luggage between 10am and 3pm. This is a bit of a hassle packing and bringing down your luggage every day if you are staying for consecutive nights

The hotel was easy to find. I really appreciate the 24 hour reception. You can arrive anytime. I got flip flops, a towel, a pyjama. The bathroom was fully equiped (shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, a cleansing gel, a hair brush, a tooth brush - well, toothpaste and period sanitary in case of emergency was missing). The room was additionally equiped with a desk and a chair, there was also enough space for my huge luggage. The room was quiet, there was a separate area for your calls, with dozens of manga. The location is really good, just cca 10 minutes from the Namba train station. There are many convenient stores around.
The room could have been cleaned a little bit more carefully but nothing I can really complain about. There were some suspicious individuals in the neighbourhood at night.

Location is a short walk to Dotonbori. Countless of food options all around. Near multiple convenience stores. Yet all quiet and tranquil. Love the sento, and unlimited towels for you to use.
Changing area is right in front of the lift. In house restaurant seemed to have reduced their opening hours to meal timings. Check in at 3pm is rather late You will need to check out and check in again every day even when you stay for multiple days

The hotel is very systematic, you get a bracelet with a key and a bar code and you can then use the barcode to buy drinks in vending machines, or buy food in the restaurant. You pay at the reception when you check out. There are several resting areas, with a room full of comic books and a huge, very comfy lounge area, so you don't have to worry about staying in your capsule and making noises. The baths are in the onsen style, so you are supposed to get entirely naked - this might be a minus for someone, but I considered it to be an interesting part of the Japanese experience. Also, you get a leaflet in English when checking in, with all the information you need. I found this to be very helpful.
Unfortunately, I met some of the most inconsiderate roomates ever - even though you are supposed to stay quiet in the capsule and not bring any luggage, food or drink in there, some people were snacking on something, making terrible noises, some other person was watching videos on his phone with volume turned on and in the wee hours, some guy's phone was constantly ringing, making terrible racket. So, I would definitely go for a luxury room next time. This, however, is not the hotel's fault, just something to be expected in capsule hotels in general. Also, the lockers are very narrow and you won't fit a middle sized luggage in there. Fortunately, you can ask the front desk to keep it without any problems.

Staying at this capsule hotel was such a fun experience for us! We stayed here as a couple and on separate floors. The female area was apparently much smaller than the male one. At the female area there were maybe four other women at most so it was very quiet all the time and we were never doing the same thing at the same time (like showering or going to the toilet). I really had a good sense of privacy. Everything was clean and I had access to as many towels as I needed, as well as other amenities like tooth brushes, hair brushes, lotion, etc. It was simple but clean and organized and it was fun to have the experience of sleeping in this kind of hotel. Location was also great, close to one of the most active areas in the city! The male area - from my husband’s feedback - was much larger and busier. The only thing he complained about was other men snoring next to his room, but there’s nothing you can do about that. But aside from that, he said that everyone was very respectful of other people’s space.

Great location near the Doronbori bridge. The capsule is typical of a proper capsule hotel with a TV within the capsule. Great onset (public bath) with 24hr access. Very clean and facilities were in good order. 24 hr front reception Pajamas/housewear provided More of a proper capsule hotel than a hostel. Amazing value for money!
Locker was too small to fit a backpack and the locker area is nowhere near the capsules. You can't leave the hotel without exchanging your locker and access key for the shoe locker key. This made entering and exiting the hotel unnecessarily complicated.

It's very much a budget hotel. For about $25 a night you can get your own "capsule room". We stayed in Osaka for the night to break up our travel from Wakayama to Tooyoka. Floors split by gender. Women's area has shower stalls, toilets, sinks with plenty of amenities such as razors, toothbrushes etc. Room is pretty plain but has a locker, a capsule bed, and a desk.
It's a great place for a cheap and quick stay. It was comfortable for me but you get the basic necessities at this price point. It didn't bother me but for example you don't have a lock to your "room". Your room has a sliding door. You do get your own locker in the room. For women there's only a shared shower area, but for men there are hot baths and a manga room and more. If you stay consecutive days you have to get your luggage out of the room and store it with the front desk.

An unusual experience but a good one. A late checkout of 300 yen per hour is a really good deal! The capsule itself was comfortable and spacious, and there's sufficient privacy if you get a premium capsule space. There's zero sound insulation from other capsules and corridor noise, but people are very respectful of keeping things quiet. I didn't have time to check out the spa/sauna facilities as I woke up a bit later than expected (was in Dotonbori, after all...) but no real complaints about it.

The front desk was very professional and courteous. Unlimited towels for bathing are free for all near the bathing area unlike other capsule hotels where they give you only one towel. This way one does not have to worry about hanging their towel, or the need to hang their towel dry. All the bathing amenities are placed inside the bath area which makes is easy for one to use, unlike other places where the amenities are place near their lobby. There is a restaurant where you can visit on one of the floors and you only need to use the bar code on your hand tag to make payment. Plenty of toilets and a large wash area for grooming. Location is relatively near Dotonbori and Namba station.
Laundry machine and the beer vending machine does not use the same barcode system as the other vending machines. If you do not have 100 yen change, you would need to go down to the main lobby to exchange for coins with the front desk. The changing area for the bath is right in front of the lift. The locker for personal clothes is rather narrow.
