The location was amazing, one street away from main Dotonbori and had a Lawson just a few steps away. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfy. Loved how they replenished our rooms with new towels and bottled water everyday. Also loved how there were complimentary drinks at the first floor. The laundry room was easily accessible, and the staff lent us umbrellas when it rained.

The staff was super helpful. We requested their help to send 3 pieces of luggage from Osaka to Tokyo Haneda Airport through Yamato and they handled it perfectly well. they had to call several times to Yamato to make sure the endeavor was possible and everything ended up smoothly. The location of the hotel and the free drinks were the highlights. Also loved the green approach of the hotel.

Location & facilities are very good

The attitude of staff in reception is bad, I was unclear about the prices of the room charged, they are different with my booking, she listed the price details for my reference, but still not match with my booking show in booking.com. She looks impatient. May be we have language barrier, but she should not show me an impatient face.

Good location, right at the center of Dotonbori, with lots of restaurants and entertainment around, and close to Osaka Namba, train station with great connections (Kyoto, Nara). Smooth check-in/out experience, nice room, lots of amenities.

There was some street noise at night (people, crows), but it was faint. The wi-fi was not very reliable and the mattress was a bit on the hard side.

Loved the welcome drinks and the location! Incredible location, so close to the main shopping strip and restaurants. Towels were delivered every morning and you can opt to have your room cleaned. We only had a 4 night stay so we didn't have it cleaned but the fresh towels were lovely

We are both tall people (6 foot) the room was very small for us with 2 giant suitcases

Baby friendly. Diapers, baby cot, stroller and more are available to rent (free)! Check in without knowing hence didn’t rent or take any from there, but definitely a bonus for family. Good to have a dining area at night and free flow drinks! The selection range are good too, tea, coffee and juice. Spacious and quiet to eat all the take out there.

Close to Namba station. Use exit 24 if you have large luggages. You just need to cross a road to be in the busiest area in Namba. Lots of restaurants and food!

Rooms are small, just big enough to open one suit case. Bathroom is small as well, toilet and shower are not separated.

Our room was nice and comfortable. Some say that room is small but to be honest, it fit our 2 small pieces of cabin luggage and 1 checked in luggage. We like how you can put the luggage under the bed to have more space in the room. Very modern, simple and minimalist room! Lovely!

Amazing variety of breakfast, friendly stuff and modern room.

The room size is a bit too small but it is standard in Japan. At night it can get a bit noisy, especially on the lower floors, because of the big lively street next to the hotel.

Great location- in Dotonbori! 3 min walk metro station, ride to Shin-Osaka station takes 25 min. A lot of restaurants and ships around. Check in/out was swift, polite employees.
