Everything about this hotel is perfection. I'm in Osaka 2x a year and I think I found my "turf" here. This is where I wanna stay all the time. The price & location = BEST DEAL EVER. Just 5min walk, you're in the Glico Man Sign already. There's a 7Eleven, Lawson, SunDrug nearby. There's also a Yoshinoya nearby. And of course, in 5mins as well, you're in a Don Quijote store! The train station is so near as well. The room, bathroom, toiletries, bath essentials, the availability of hair dryer & hair straightener = absolute perfection. There are kettles, unlimited water & coffee supply at the lobby. If you have your own bottle, you can have all the water you want! But they provide papercups too. And you can change your towels, sheets for free and they even offer it! Cherry on top is all the staff are so sooo nice! They speak very good English. I love it here! Awesome location, right near bars, great food and the train station within 5-10 min walk Cheap and very clean. Bigger room than I expected. Would definitely recommend 24 hr reception was also a big plus as we had a late flight

The reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro/subway, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area super easy. They also provide amenities like hair irons/curlers, complimentary bath salts for a relaxing soak, and delicious lollipops!

Housekeeping only came in to empty the trash and replace the towels. The pillow was pretty uncomfortable, and the comforter/duvet didn't really fit the sheets properly, which made sleeping less cozy. Overall, while the basics were covered, the room could definitely use some improvements to make the stay more comfortable.

Very convenient location. Very short walks to the Dotonbori area as well to the subway stations. The toilets are big with a separate WC room and a shower/tub bathroom. I loved all the toiletries provided. Despite the size, the room was very comfortable. Hairdryer available in the room but items like a kettle needed to be borrowed from the front desk but it was honestly a very minor inconvenience. Guests can also use the microwave in the lobby/seating area with free coffee and water available.

The bedroom area is super cosy. The bed is a semi double and not a queen bed so set your expectations. You need to like your roommate or you will have problems cuddling up in the tiny bed. Small inconvenience of having to drop off the old school key at the reception desk everytime that you go out.

I love the reception staff, polite yet friendly and super helpful despite my broken elementary-japanese language level. I also love that even though the room is small, their bath makes up for it. Our booked roon has a very nice bath tub and I love the hotel’s amenities specially the shampoo, conditioner makes your hair soft and smooth even in a very cold weather and also the body soap, all smell so good and feels relaxing after long tiring day walking around Osaka and other parts of Japan Will definitely come back again

Our room was perfect. The bed is a small double bed, very comfortable and enough for two adults. The room was very clean and the size is like anywhere else in Japan, plenty of space for our two carry on suitcases tho. Air conditioning and a fridge in the room. Also hair dryer. Shower and bath were really good as well. We were on the 3rd floor, no noise, no bad smells. The location is Premium, close to everywhere and to the metro as well. Super friendly staff. You leave you key in reception, which makes sense as it is a massive keyring that you don't want to carry around.

My stay at the Boti Boti Hotel in Osaka was excellent. It offered great value for the price, and its location was superb. It was only minutes away on foot from both Dotonbori and the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.

However, I was charged an additional few hundred JPY for taxes. Based on the information from Booking.com, I had initially believed that the price I paid included all taxes. It was a bit surprising when, during check-in, the front desk staff asked for this extra amount, explaining that it was for tax.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights and we both enjoyed it. The hotel is conveniently located few min walk near 3 metro/train stations all called Namba (JR, metro). It is well thus connected to all main spots in the city, as well as to the direct train to Nara city. The hotel is minutes walk from the Dotonbori street which hosts numerous restaurants, bars and amenities, but off the busy area enough so that it remains at night. The room is small and simple, but comfy and contains all we needed (minifridge, aircon, comfy bed, bathroom). Staff had limited English. Although there was no kettle in the bathroom, an area near the reception has free-to-use coffee machine, with hot water and fresh water dispenser. In the same area, lots of mangas free to read, although they are in Japanese. Overall, this hotel will best fit solo traveller/couples/group of friends. The location makes it a great choice if you want to enjoy one of Osaka main touristic spot and hub in the evening, with lots of food venues minutes away from your room.

I like the big bathroom but I find that it kind of waste quite a lot of space. If the toilet and bathroom could be built together , maybe we could have a bigger bed. The bed was a bit too small for my hubby as he slept with my eldest son. So 2 men on that small bed is a challenge for them. I slept with my daughter so there was no problem for us. I like it that there was a big mirror with a few shelving in the toilet. That makes it so convenient for me and my daughter as we could do our make up and our hair without hassle.

My hubby did not like the mattress as it is too soft to his liking. So every morning he woke up with sore backpain. Maybe a harder mattress or a bigger bed would ease his backpain problem.
