The property exceeded my expectations.

At booking time I requested for late checkout which was confirmed. Upon arrival I was told I could have 2 hours extra as checkout was 11AM although the hotel placard says checkout is 12PM. On departure day at 1130, 2 housekeeping team team member asked me to leave the room no later 1230 as they were due to knock off.

Bed was super comfy, location was good near DFW airport. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

Same boring breakfast every day for my stay of 7 nights. They could have added some variety. for example, each day they serve scrambled eggs and pork patties. i think they could have used pork patties one day and chicken patties on alternate days to add some variety. They could have added some butter croissant and chocolate croissant in breakfast on alternate days. Breakfast was most disappointing for me and for my colleagues who flew from California and stayed in same hotel. Water bottles and dental kits have to be purchased by paying cash since they don't charge it to your room number which for me is bit inconvenient. Ideally, they should consider adding bill of water bottles and dental kit to the room charges.

Great customer service and very accommodating. The gentleman working the counter was a great multi-tasker. Although he probably needed help, he didn't show it . I got my name on the list for the courtesy shuttle. The courtesy van was free but I did tip. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, toast, sausage, waffles coffee , cereal and juice. Shower was hot, and AC was cold.

Comfort suites. It's designed for comfort not luxury. We had a cancellation of our flight (American Airlines) and there were over 150 people that needed hotels. So I booked a room right away and got into my room about 40 minutes later. Many folks didnt get a room at all. They sent out a courtesy van needs to be updated. The hotel itself has an older appeal. Browns and dark hallways. Older elevator, but everything worked. Just don't except luxury.

The staff were rude and unfriendly. Noone answered the phone or responded to messages regarding airport collection so we had to get a taxi. However when we used the shuttle bus back to the airport we were glad we only had one trip in it. The shuttle bus is a death trap and not fot for purpose.

Front entryway and adjacent area was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts, and trash on the ground. Stayed with a service dog and the cigarette butts and trash on the ground was a hazard for the animal, not to mention terribly unsightly. Grass needed mowing, nearly a foot high.

I did like that ?The bed was comfortable. My room was big and comfortable I had the superior king suite and This hotel is right by DFW Airport. It was hot breakfast sausage and eggs waffle not Pancake

I didn't like how the worker didn't have any gloves on to refill the bread at breakfast. Covid19 is still out. Regardless that was nasty The guy from the front desk sat in breakfast room and watched everyone make there plate as if it wasn't complimentary with your room. I asked for my receipt and the guy at front desk didn't want to give.

It is a nice hotel. Not a five star but once I got settled in I enjoyed my stay very much

There is wear and tear but not so much that it made me not want to stay. it's excepted for a lower rate motel by the airport. The good thing about it is it's in an industrial area with many other hotels so you kind of feel like your off the grid

I got This hotel because it included breakfast and I realized they didn’t offer it in the morning. I was stuck in Dallas not by choice so didn’t have a car to go and dine in somewhere so that was definitely an inconvenience and believe you should have no breakfast on the website considering some people get certain hotels by their amenities

The phones in my room didn’t work and there was no shampoo or conditioner, one of the small towels was dirty

We liked the King suite. It was so cute. A little living area, with small loveseat and chair, two ottomans, tv, desk and small side table. It felt cozy and spacious. It was separated from the bedroom area by a door. The bathroom was roomy, and there was a small refrigerator and microwave accompanied by the ubiquitous, one shot, coffee maker.

location is good as in close to the airport but lacks in anything local like a shop or restaurant… however there is a small shop in the hotel but for basics only
