We had room service due to late arrival. Order was attended to asap as we had requested, delivery and room attendant was very polite and helpful. On arrival the doorman Wass very helpful and showed us how to use lifts etc. equally as polite and helpful was the receptionist who checked us in.

I choose the hotel as it had a shuttle service, however I was very disappointed that it only operated between 10am and 7pm

Great for plane spotters and golfers

This hotel advertises *and uses as a filter on Bookings.com) a free airport shuttle BUT it only runs 4 time a day and you can lay take a 10kg carry on bag with you. This was completely useless to me and would be to many others who filter for a free shuttle and then find after they have booked that they need to taxi to and from the airport. Rather annoying.

Very stylish, comfortable rooms and common areas. The pool is huge and the entire outside area beautiful, the gym very spacious and modern. The staff was extremely helpful. The shuttle service to the airport is also a big plus.

Very convenient for going to the airport or spending one night before leaving / after arriving in Singapore. But not for anything else unless one is a golfer. There is no public transport and the city center is far.

What a wonderful resort - fantastic facilities in a green oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely helpful staff and we really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Marina Bay Sands, late checkout, bag storage and the ability to have a shower to freshen up for our flight after we had technically checked out. Particularly loved the pool, excellent gym and the different restaurants (don’t miss The Nest for the views!).

At the moment there’s a lot of construction going on but you can’t hear it. When the new train line launches next year it will make it much easier to get to the CBD.

Attentive and friendly staff. Great place to watch airplanes right from the poolside. ;) We loved the breakfast buffet.

Long queues at check-in, if you don‘t use the app. Hard to get around if you do not use a taxi (MRT in construction). Unfortunately there is no way through the golf course to the East Coast Park.

The hotel is superb. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant.

The hotel is quite isolated unless you have transport. We chose to add the breakfast option to our charge as there was nowhere else to go for breakfast. We were very disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived five minutes after the last seating time but were allowed into the restaurant. That was a mistake. The serving staff were abrupt, the coffee and hot choices were cold and the serving staff had completely cleared away all food fifteen minutes before the restaurant was due to close.

If you get a room with a view to the golf course, you are lucky, it is amazing when you wake up with this view! Definitely ask with pool/golf course side your room, even on the other side is a building area in 2024.

the guests are noticeably a bit snobbish. The hotel is next to the airport landing zone, so could be very loud when you plan a cool relaxing in the pool side. You won't! :) Of course this is not the hotel's failure! The close area is industrial/logistic/expo place, you have to know this before you plan an easy walk outside. Except for these I recommending this hotel for a few days or for transfer.

Club Lounge closed however services were offered in the regular restaurant and bar area. Pool area not attended and seemed unkept a little, dead leaves lying around, someone’s slipper in the pool, generally a bit poor for what I expected from Dusit Thani, which I’ve stayed in previously. Also hotels own airport minibus for transfer not available after 6pm which I found odd for an airport hotel situated near an international airport! We booked our own taxi and got there in plenty of time no big deal, but again falling short in my opinion.

I loved how close it was to the airport and the wonderful service and facilities the hotel had to offer. The swimming pool and restaurants exceeded my expectations. The hotel is also situated within the Laguna golf course if you are into golfing! Personally, I enjoyed the quiet environment far from the bustle of downtown Singapore. I would recommend this hotel for people who need to work from the comfort of their hotel or for a quiet, relaxing stay, especially if you would like to enjoy the swimming pool.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast delivered to my room. I expected a little more from a 5 star hotel.

Very pleasant location, away from the bustle and busy city life for once in a while. Love the spacious swimming pool especially the kids. Its a great place for relaxing.

The only set back is the Restaurant is not Halal Certified. It hinders the muslim to enjoy the great food serve by the restaurant. Also the hotel bathroom does not comes with Biget Spray. It might be great to have one.
