Everything was great, but I would like to rate the cleanliness of our room the most. we lived on the sixth floor and the cleaner Sarinah was always very nice to us and every day, she perfectly cleaned and made our beds. We slept really well there in this hotel,due to clearing lady and due to all hotel employees,who made our staying so comfortable, what is very important when you are far from home. The rooms has kitchenette with all kinds of cutlery. Stoves, Microwave and refrigerator is present for all kinds of cooking. The hotel also provide wide range of electrical appliance such as iron and ironing board, washing basket, bathroom mirror and weight scale. The bathroom is clean and provide steady and heated and strong water flow. The bed is cozy and the TV programs are sufficient to provide entertainment for all kinds of audiences. The stay is really good and is located just one station before the Changi Airport station, it is recommended for early flight without too much hassle!

Deposit from credit card is required and be reimbursed weeks later.

The room was good size, much bigger than the room in the old town or downtown area. There is a small cooking area or kitchen. Everything in the room works. A note about the location of the hotel is that it is close to the airport - a trip to the downtown area by subway can take about an hour - the subway is inexpensive but the trip takes time.

The only complains are (1) there was only one staff in both check-in and check-out - hence there were queues; (2) I arrived at the hotel one day later due to the airport flood but I was still charged for the day that I did not stay (I guess that is what "non-refundable" means).

During the 5 days of our stay, we had to visit several places and the hotel was very convenient to connect me to these places as it is located at the MRT station and close to the airport. Also, as so many shops and restaurants are nearby, I could buy breakfast or late night snack easily and have them comfortably in the room using the kitchenette in the room. I travelled with 2 kids and we sweat a lot in the tropical country so found the laundromat very useful.

The bar in front of the hotel has live (or not) music every night and it's very noisy until over 10 o'clock. I stayed on the 8th floor and still very loud.

We were on our way to Australia from Western Europe and in order to not have to spend 24 hours straight on an airplane, we decided to have a short break between start and destination point. Our stay was intended as a convenience and quickly became extraordinary by the beautiful facilities. The location surrounding the hotel is clean, green and there are lots of possibilities to spend a day in case of early arrival. Since we arrived very early, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel and investigate the beautiful area. There is also the possibility of refreshing in the showers of the spa area, which was very convenient. The hotel is located beside a large mall and a stunning outdoor cafe-and-bar walkway with lush greenery and petite koi-filled ponds. After we were fortunate enough to get into our room earlier than expected, we were able to enjoy the gorgeous modern space with amazing view and luxurious shower-bath. The kitchenette was equipped with very convenient fridge, microwave, kettle and even a stoveplate, as well complimentary coffee and tea, which we used gratefully. We were pleasantly surprised by the additional faucet for specially filtered drinking water, a very nice and personal touch! The bathroom was very modern and spacious and the rain-style-shower opulent, I never wanted to leave! After our long flight, we decided to head to the pool area, which, to our surprise, was completely empty. Even though there was a little rain, we were able to cool off from the hot weather in the generous pool. There is an area especially designed for little children and another for spa baths. The five spa baths are for individual use, which is a design I have never seen before but quickly became a fan of. We alternated between swimming in the pool and enjoying the spa (towels are complimentary), before using the lavish showers. Even though we were only here for a short time, we really enjoyed our stay!

Having to leave so soon :D We sadly had no time to explore fitness and gaming areas.

easy to check in. The front desk receptionist kindly update me to deluxe room. It is big and super comfortable. Bed is great. And wifi is fast enough for me to have skype call. Nearby got lots of choices for restaurant. Have to compliment the receptionist staff: The friendly male gentleman not only upgrade my room and also allow me to have one hour slight late check out after realise I have an issue applying with visa. The next day lady also help me to print out my visa after it has been issued. it surprise me such a large organisation have such friendly staff.

there is some funny knocking sound at about 7am in the morning. Which is quite a nuisance as I have a late night. It raise an issue on sound insulation although I cannot hear what the neighbour is doing. I am on third floor so can be easily affected by downstairs activitis.

Perfect for our one night layover. Huge mall next door for food/shopping.

The staff were not in a good mood and it was kind of hard to communicate with them… It started with the fact that our extra beds weren’t already in the room, no biggy as they were to be delivered. One was delivered a few hours later but the second never showed despite already having been confirmed when booking that “all beds would be organised before arrival”. After waiting in line later in the evening the front desk person reluctantly called someone from housekeeping who showed up with it 5 mins later (house keeping was all good). A few other small niggles with staff which were just annoyances but also reason enough not to give higher rating.

hello, I would like to compliment the staff at Capri by Fraser Changi City during my stay there. Staff Ms Thangeswari was very helpful in assisting my check in with my elderly parents and ensured I was able to be near them throughout the stay. This was especially helpful so that i could ensure their well being and I was at ease in case of any emergency. on top of that, staff Ms Kalaiselvi was especially observant and caring when she sees us staying with a child and elderly. she took the time to ask should we needed anything in order to make our stay more comfortable. thank you Capri by Fraser, I am sure to come again to stay with you should I have a staycation in mind. ☺️

The room was great – excellent bed (wide, comfortable mattress, cosy duvet, good pillows); very good selection and location of power points (although I was a bit surprised not to see some USB-A slots); shower was very good – spacious, good pressure and choice of overhead or hand shower. Desk was great; kitchenette was fine (but I only used the kettle). Lighting and switches were well-designed (uncommon in many hotels); aircon was responsive to changes and worked well.

Rooms are well designed for both family vacation and official assignments with little kitchenette as well as tableware. Bonus was the big and accommodating multi-function washroom. Not only me but all other members of our team were impressed as well. We also used the meeting room beside check-in desk. That facility is nice as well.

It's not dislike rather suggestion. 1. More options in Breakfast may be a good thing. Like: little sections from different continent as its located in the Business Park it will be appreciated by all the multi dimensional visitors. 2. Widening up the Swimming Pool and Gymnasium timing would have helped us as we were late to come back and as consequence had to hurry in morning. Hence, missed them everyday.
