Location to Changi International was perfect. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Ideal with a full day to fill in before an evening flight. Staff helpful and pleasant at all times.

Comfortable bed and 8min taxi ride from the airport. Perfect for a transit stay. My room was equipped with a water filter tap and basic amenities were available.

It was clean and spacious. I have stayed in very expensive hotels in Singapore where there was no room for suitcases or the bathroom was tiny. This hotel was spacious and we were surprised to find that it wasn’t expensive and yet it was of a high standard. As we were in transit for one night the convenience of one stop on the MRT from the airport was excellent and a 3 min walk from the station. There were lots of food outlets next door and so we could find places to eat without traveling anywhere.

If you have a Singapore Expo event, this is a perfect location. An easy 5-minute walk to the Expo, plus it is also next to Changi City Point - a decent size mall with shopping and even more dining options. The train station is also just a short walk away. And the hotel has a 24-hour gym and lap pool. The best though was allowing me to check-in early and for helping me with an item I needed to be picked up from their reception. Their staff are very professional and helpful.

The breakfast or resto/cafe options are limited for on premises dining. There is only 1 dining option which is more of a bar. The hotel also does not offer the typical hotel breakfast buffet.

I arrived early in the morning and the hotel was able to give me a room immediately which I was very grateful for after a 13 hour flight. It is located 7 minutes by taxi from Changi Airport and great for an overnight layover. The room was very clean. shower pressure strong and bed comfortable. Although my room was right next to a lift, there was no noise....very quiet room. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is close to the metro if you want to go to the airport or into the city, there is an outlet shopping centre just 3 minutes walk away and plenty of eating places to choose from.

Super convenient location 5mins walk from Expo MRT, with an NTUC just opposite. The mall nearby has many great food options as well. Got the junior bedroom and it's HUGE! Glad they have regular wooden bathroom doors instead of transparent ones, along with a nice bathtub. There was also washing machine, drinking water tap, and a big fridge. Had a super comfortable stay!

Couldn't scan the card in the lift to go up to the floor as one of the panels was iffy. But the other one in the lift works well, just made me confused at the start.

A nice big comfortable King size bed giving a comfortable night's sleep, sizeable living room with kitchenette, and plenty of wardrobe space. Space for the kids to rattle around too. The hotel has a nice cafe/bar downstairs, and is right opposite a food court and supermarket.

The hotel entrance was not easy to find, despite being relatively close to the MRT, so we wasted much time walking along the street while humping our luggage looking for it. Inside the room, the lighting was too dim, especially in the living room of the 1-bed suite. Also, I don't understand why the tiny bathtub had been de-activated, so we couldn't give our small kids a bath. I get it: Singapore is trying to save water, but the in-built bath tub is so tiny that it doesn't need more water to fill it than the water you use to take a shower.

Excellent location particularly for an overnight stay due to proximity to airport and train. We originally though we might go back into the city for shopping and restaurants but we had everything we needed right here on our doorstep.

The room had a strong curry like odor probably from meals eaten by previous occupants. It really hit you when you opened the door but was not that noticeable once inside. Had we had more than an overnight stay I would probably have asked to get some air freshener or switch rooms.
