Great location, amazing staff. We ended up staying 2 more days. Playa Paraiso beach just 5 minutes bike ride. And Pocna was the best beach front restaurant/bar (best quality/price).

The bar across the road can be a bit loud if you want to take a nap between 2pm/6pm. Besides that you won’t even notice it’s there at night time.

Great atmosphere, wonderful breakfast, good value for money. The pool is delightful en much bigger than pictures show.

Within an hour a raccoon made it’s way into our tent and ripped open a bag of crisps. After that we could fortunately change to a room. The tents look beautiful but there are openings everywhere, choose this option when you’re not afraid of bugs (or raccoons).

The location was less than 100 metres from a small public beach. The pool is in a lovely setting. The tents are large. The breakfast was modest but delicious, and changed each of 4 days that we were there. The manager (male) was a font of information, especially about eating options, though all the good ones are in Tulum town 12 minutes drive away. There is a 'collectivo' public minibus that runs past the property so you have a choice about taxis, if not in a hurry. Little noise from (poor value) bar next door (Mateo's).

Seaweed covered all the beaches and offshore (not hotel's fault). The tents and fittings are old, but work. Please be advised that there is no door between the bathroom and the bed.

I stayed in a glamping tent, overall I would say it was great. Swimming pool is more of a dip than a swim. Staff are lovely and helpful.

It's more of a could be improved rather than didn't like - breakfast portions could be bigger and drinks extend beyond that of tea, coffee and orange juice. I'd also rather not ask for the tent to be cleaned and bed made. I assumed this was standard practice but I am now beginning to wonder whether it's something you do have to ask for in Mexico, as this is the second place where it hasn't routinely happened. Considering the price paid, I would have hoped it would.

Breakfast was simple yet well done and people extremely caring. The overall accommodation is breathtaking, a little oasis in the middle of busy Tulum beach coast. I stayed in a room, next time I'll give the glamping a shot. Mateo was super helpful to make plans to visit some cenotes and great recommendations on where to eat and which beach clubs to visit.

There were no shower amenities in my room when I checked-in, I was given some once I asked, they were always helpful and polite. I got the room at the very entrance of the accommodation, so it was noisy with everyone going in and out, and having conversations at the reception desk.

Good location close to beach and restaurants/bars. Lovely setting amongst the jungle, very peaceful. The glamping tents are well kept, very comfortable bed and good shower. Be aware the water is salt water. They provide filtered water to drink and an excellent breakfast which is a big bonus. We rented a car and could park it safely at the property which was very useful. Staff were lovely and friendly. They did a free yoga class on one of the mornings we were there which was fantastic and well worth it.

Juan from reception was superfriendly and gave us a tour upon arrival. The glamping tents are amazing. The shower is hot and has pressure on it (Yes, we had a lot of cold showers in Mexico) Location (for us) was perfect: close to everything, right in the middle.

The bed was a little bit too hard (but the size was fantastic!) You can hear everyting because.. well it´s a tent after all. No worries, they have earplugs at reception so this is not an issue.

This is a down to earth little refuge from the world. The rooms were simple, open and romantic. The grounds were fantastic and for as close as it was to downtown Tulum, felt remote and isolated. the staff could not have been more helpful. Can't wait to go back!

The breakfast was a little on the small side but other than that, everything was great.

absolutely loved the location and the Pool. we did glamping for one night (which i wanted to try out for one night) and the jungle room for the rest of our stay. we loved the jungle room with its jungle bathroom so much. staff was nice and very helpful and didnt make us wait on the room when we switched rooms. the jungle gym was my absolute highlight of the stay. bring misquito spray for that ! :)

It was an amazing place.. more than what I expected !! really recommend .. its central, near to the stores, restaurants, to the beach and still calma and without noise. amazing amazing!!

the light in the bedroom was really bad… at night was really dark because the lamp and quantity of light points wasnt enought at all.
