Very comfortable fully renovated rooms. 10/15 minutes walk to the main museums and across the street from the flower market. Good choice of dining options Junior suite offers a separate room ideal for families with one child

I don't like my room bad view and I don't like the room and they refused to change it and sometimes the clean my room without bathroom

We liked the location.

We booked a double bed and despite being told at check in it would be changed to a double it was not.

Super central location. Hotel has a lot of character and beds are comfortable. Very nice bathroom too!

Some rooms are small for the price. There is also a difference in rooms across same room category. First room they put us in had a noisy radiator just outside - however they moved us very quickly once we made them aware.

The staff were exceptional from concierge through to the room cleaners. Every one tried their hardest to help and make the stay wonderful, whether that was accommodating us in the restaurant after a late arrival or grabbing a cab for a hasty return to the airport at the end of our stay. The room itself was outstanding in its design and comfort with an bathroom so well appointed that I had to take notes about how to replicate some of its features at home. The bar is great too. Really skilful service and lovely drinks to end an evening.

I honestly have nothing I can say that i didn't like.

The hotel is in a beautiful, historic building at the confluence of the Singel canal and the Amstel River and some of the rooms have spectacular views. Our room was a Junior Suite which was spacious, well appointed and luxurious. It included a small balcony. Breakfast buffet is quite extensive with excellent quality cheeses, cold cuts, and pastries and one can order hot items from the menu as well. All of the personnel were friendly and attentive.

amazing location , lot of facilities to use like the gym spa and sauna. Also, the room itself was very spacious with an amazing washroom that even had floor heating as a bonus feature.

The only gripe was the television in the room itself as it did not have a lot of channels along with the fact that I could not connect my laptop to the tv to browse through my own movie selection

staff were amazing nothing too much trouble - loved the bar and restaurants and bathroom had the wow factor!

the room was very comfortable and huge bed but overall it lacked the ‘wow factor’ of the bathroom- quite dark and minimalist

the hotel was chic and modern. it was located on the canal, and located 9 minutes from dam square. the room was lovely and comfortable. we also loved the spa facilities.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the property. check in was at 3pm and the previous people only checked out at 2pm. We believe the hotel should have provided us with another room considering the amount for the daily rate.

Simply beatiful. Everything about the place is just beautiful. The room, the cleaning, the staff, the services, the restaurants, the location… You can’t go wrong with this one. Special thanks to Anna from the Italian restaurant. She made us feel at home. How friendly she is. And also the Italian chef and the executive of the restaurant, just great people. From the staff of the reception to the staff at the gates, everyone was so helpful. Anything we asked, explained or done in a beautiful way. We will surely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.
