We booked a superior king room and could not fault the accommodation itself, the room was spacious and clean and comfy, they had complementary pod coffee and chocolates which was a lovely touch and the staff were super friendly and helpful

Not much parking available although we could park at the countdown which was all of a 3min walk but it can get a little hectic dropping bags off when it is busy. We also had a roadside room which was super noisy with sirens and vehicles passing by even my partner who can sleep through most things found it a little noisy, I'm a very light sleeper so heard lots of noise.

The hotel room was quite modern and new. It had all essentials, including a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The beds were quite comfy with nice pillows.The reception staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is well-located in close proximity to the city centre. Also, it was lovely to get little sweet treats left for us in the room. It's worth noting that it was one of few places in NZ that did not take the payment in advance (although we stayed there only 1 night).

The room was quite small and the walls were thin. We could hear a very noisy child behind the wall; luckily, it didn't last for too long. Also, the car park was not onsite, and although it wasn't too far, it was slightly inconvenient as we were getting up very early next day for the ferry.

The staff were so welcoming, polite and helpful prior to our arrival, and for the entire duration of our week long stay. They responded promptly to questions about our upcoming stay, offering alternatives and catering to our needs and specific requests. The cleanliness and facilities were outstanding and the overall layout/decor of the foyer and rooms were excellent. Thank you so much for your fabulous service.

Stayed in the family apt which has 2 rooms, living cum kitchen. Very spacious, superbly clean and fully- equipped kitchen, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, salt and pepper and all that you needed for cooking. Every room has a heater unit by itself. The room is big, like a self -contained unit, comes with sofa and TV while the living area has separate TV set. Countdown is just at the corner, walking distance and MC Donald too. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, 24 hours on call housekeeping. There's also total of 4 washing machine cum dryer free to use at level 1 and 2. Location is right opposite the Wellington Hospital and along the main bus route. Bus stop is right at door steps, and all goes to town centre CBD easily, many buses.

It was directly across the road from the hospital, where I had come to work for a few days, and located in an interesting suburb with lots of quirky venues. The room was small but very well set up and the bathroom was a treat. I liked the discreet guest entrance gate which made it easy to pop in and out without walking through the lobby each time. The staff were professional and very knowledgeable.

There is little noise proofing between the wall and the hallway and always lots of shuffling, coughing etc outside the door. Even though the room was small I think there was space for a chair - I found having to be on the bed to eat meals etc lost its shine after a while.

Love it here, stayed a few times in the last couple weeks. Handy to the hospital, right over the road. Good immenities within walking distance. Really beautiful rooms with everything you need. Luxurious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Onsite laundry facility was a bonus but the washer dryer combo machines took hours to dry a small load of washing and then held my clothes hostage 2 hours until the door would open, luckily staff were able to overide it and release my washing

Everything was spotlessly clean and brand new. Parking was easy and they phoned to ask if I needed parking. Woolworths is just around the corner. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Very noisy being so close to the street and hospital. Luckily after 8 the neighbourhood went quiet and the sirens weren't being used. I responded using the app that we would be in town early and the smsed to let me know the room was ready early. Awesome service.

Great location, over the road from the hospital and a short walk to so many places. The accessibility into the place felt very safe. The room was very quiet, as in no street noise at all. Shower pressure was also so good. Very warm and the bed was the best bed I have slept on in such a long time.

Would have appreciated for them to ask if I wanted the room to be serviced, mildly felt like there was a little violation of privacy as I was unaware that someone would be coming into my room while I was out during the day.

The location was perfect. Close to everything hospital directly across the road. Booked here because I had surgery early in the morning, and It was a good place for my family to chill and wait for me. Facilities are awesome, and chromecast was good. 24/7 reception desk👍. Staff are helpful and friendly. We will definitely book here again if required in the future 🙂

I liked the fact that we were able to book the hotel very last minute and had very accommodating staff who assisted us. I liked the location which was right next to a supermarket and city location. The room had all the necessities. I liked that there was 24 hour reception also.

I didn't like how small the room was and it was just very basic and standard amenities nothing above and beyond. Also the hotel is situated oposite to the hospital or a helicopter pad. This was very loud and because we were not told about the helicopter pad at check in we freaked out a little bit thinking there was a police chase or something crazy lol
