Everything was perfect! I have too many good things to say… every detail was considered by the staff. The room was impeccably clean, lovely local art as decor, comfortable bed, space heater for a few minutes and loads of blankets will keep you verrry warm, the location right on the plaza couldn’t be better or more picturesque, the breakfast was great, the scent of the night blooming flowers in the courtyard was intoxicating. Best of all, the manager Roxana was exceptional. She’s warm, helpful with suggestions, and very kind. It was hard to leave!

I wish I could have stayed longer. :)

Our stay at the Pisac Inn was wonderful!! Location is perfect on the Square and so fun to sit on the porch for a drink and enjoy some people watching. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive!! The king size bed was amazing after a day of hiking and so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Special thanks to Roxner for her great communication and helping us with taxi, luggage and more. This hotel is a GEM in Pisac and we would highly recommend it!

We did not come to watch TV, but would have been nice if at least one channel was in english. The shower was powerful, but only warm and not real hot. It was doable and definitely not a deal breaker. We still LOVED our stay in the Pisac Inn.

The hosts prior to arrival and while there were exceptional and incredibly helpful. We wanted for nothing, they took wonderful car of us, providing recommendations and organizing affordable, reliable and trustworthy onward travel. The location of Pisac Inn is perfect, right on the square and walkable to everything. Delicious Pisco Sours and yummy food! Room very clean and incredibly comfortable beds. Thank you Roxana to you and your team for making our stay so lovely!

Our room was on the top floor and at the front so rather noisy from the street, there was construction happening while we were there but know that is temporary, suggest a cover on the window from bathroom to bed to block out the light for better sleeping and although we felt very safe and comfortable leaving our belongings, noticed there could be stronger more proper keys/locks on the door.

Right on the square, which was great for walking around (tricky for driving and parking). Everything in the common areas were very charming and upscale. Staff was very responsive. Breakfast was really, really nice.

The room we were given was on the first floor right next to the custodial storage and work area. It got loud in the mornings. Remember you are probably trying to sleep at a much higher elevation than you normally do and that is difficult. I would avoid this one room.

Right on the main square with a lovely balcony overlooking the square and a mountain. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The people working there were welcoming and very hospitable. I was exhausted when I came and they made things welcoming and very easy for me. The room was well-built.

For me a chair in the room could have been nice, but there really wasn't enough room for one. Nonetheless, there were several very pleasant places to sit and work. '

The Pisac Inn is a perfect location in the centre. I had a lovely, spacious room with 2 beds. Reliable running water can be tough to come by in Pisac but the shower was great in this hotel and comfy beds too! Really can't fault it, the staff were helpful and friendly...and helped me book taxis when I needed (which usually helps you get a fairer fare). Wonderful stay, super grateful to Pisac Inn for being a lovely base for my time there!

Staff were amazing - friendly, warm, helpful. Location is right in the centre so you have everything close by. This can mean some sounds of an evening if your sensitive to it, but it didn't bother me at all and I slept so well. I love the little touches like the Coca Leaf tea which is complimentary. Also the Spa is beyond delicious and well worth it; such a special treat! I would totally come back to stay again.

Convenient location; charmingly old building but with good plumbing and an effective heater in the room; excellent breakfast with a good in-hotel restaurant and a lovely atrium; very helpful staff; etc. – this was one of my favorite places I stayed in in Sacred Valley and I'd definitely stay there again. I also really enjoyed hiking around the Incan ruins nearby, among other things.

The hotel sits right on the main square, where Andean pipe music, quite audible in my room, seemed to be being played at least 16 hours/day. I'm not sure if that's always going on, or if it was just for the holidays (I was there around Christmas); but it could get to a person.

I’m sick as a dog and they are taking care of me like I am family. Everyone was hotel courteous when I got here. Pleasant experience, no complaints. I got dehydrated/food poisoning yesterday. The staff have been super hero’s. I have been able to WhatsApp them everything and they have taken compassionate care of me. I asked for tea for an really upset stomach and they custom mixed something that calmed me down between vomiting episodes. They brought a 2 liter bottle of water to my room. Extra toilet paper. Offered to clean room while I stay in bed. I’ve been able to extend my stay so I can stay in bed till my taxi comes tonight. Roxanna even offered to get a Doc from Cusco. ( I had already WhatsApp’s a clinic nearby) Unbelievably kind staff! Much love.

We absolutely loved our stay! If you’re going to Pisac, this is by far the best place to stay across booking/ airbnb. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We are so grateful for everything. The breakfast was lovely, the restaurant in the hotel was super convenient for nights that we didn’t want to go out. Our bed was insanely comfortable, hot showers and great wifi! We were working remote and staying here made it easy. We will definitely stay here again.
