A beautiful hotel in the most convenient location. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool and sauna were a fantastic addition to the stay too. The U-Bahn is right outside as well as a taxi bay and so it is so easy to get around the city. Airconditioning in the room was fantastic in the muggy weather too,

Hilton always seem to overcomplicate check-in with additional deposits and fees. They were all refunded promptly but it just feels very messy and makes it hard to keep on top of overall spend. This is Hilton as a company rather than this hotel in particular. The staff at Hilton Berlin were brilliant.

Great location! The hotel is beautiful, however they didn’t do a good job at cleaning the room. There was dust everywhere, no vacuuming, every time seemed like they were rushing and moving on to next room. One time they didn’t replace the dirty glasses with cleans ones, another time forgot to put tissue paper in the bathroom and just other details that shouldn’t be missed at a hotel like Hilton. Room was hot but we were able to open the windows and that helped a lot. The front desk agents seemed nice at first but would give looks to each other and make faces in front of the guest when asked for a favor. We paid for a room with breakfast included and it was amazing. They have a buffet style breakfast with literally everything one could wish for. Just to name a few, fresh omelets, fresh fruit, vegetables, juices, champagne, all kinds of fresh bread, smoked salmon, pastries etc. They really did a great job on breakfast and that made such a huge difference during our stay. Room service was ok, we had to wait almost two hours for two spaghetti bolognese and when it got to us food was cold. Besides the cleanliness of the room and the lack of excellent customer service from the front desk agents we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other people.

They could do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

Location was so perfect....just a hop from Stadmitte metro stn....I always like hotels which are next to public transport spots. The room was spanking clean. And yes, I was upgraded swiftly to Junior suite due to AC issues in my allocated room. What I felt great was the agility with which the staff acted and always considered customer FIRST.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. But I just wish the breakfast had more options and WiFi connecting experience was very easier.

I ordered food twice. It was very good! The bed was very comfortable. the location was super convenient. I walked everywhere and took the train.

the shop downstairs didn't sell bottled flat cold water. I know this isn't the norm in Germany to drink flat (not sparkling) water. The tub was retaining a bit of water while I showered. It was not a problem, but didn't get fixed by the facilities until right until I left.

The room quality and bed mattress were exceptional quality and great. The quietness and light closeout curtains were amazing. The food selection was good,

- The coffee quality in the suite and the lounge access was average. I expected better coffee quality. - The acess to the pool was included, but the spa was an extra add-on and given we had suite room and lounge service it was expected the spa will be also included. - The mini bar / fridge in the room was not very practical and easy to use. - The TV was huge in the room, but it didn't have any streaming services. And no cables available to connect external laptops. We expected the tv will have Netflix at least, we didn't use the tv at all.

The hotel location is great! There are a lot of restaurants nearby, and most of the iconic places in Berlin are just a few minutes from the hotel. Also, the breakfast is good, and the staff are attentive.

It's pricey based on the hotel facilities and the room we got. I've been a guest twice at this hotel and reserved the King Room with the breakfast included in both occasions. The room is just fine but the bathroom is kind of small. Unfortunately, the elevators were pretty far from our room. I've seemed that there are similar alternatives way cheaper in this area. Besides, no one answered the phone when I called to the front desk most of the time. I noticed that there are only 1 or 2 receptionists at the front desk and they are busy with the guests.

The concierge Bernd, Bell Man Hass, and Lara at reception. Hass took the time to write me translations and also left a note to my boyfriend and I. Bernd was excellent at making bookings when they were even difficult. He even called me when one of the restaurants was going to need payment in cash, so I could be prepared. And Lara was professional, warm and a fun to talk to as time allowed. Also the Filipina receptionist at the breakfast room- Ms Lopez a dining staff. They Absolutely made my stay at the Hilton exponentially better.

Elevator problems. one of the elevators wasn’t stopping on the 4th floor - The problem was there for days. people had to climb down a floor or up a floor. Room key problema constantly. I wasn’t the only one. But they ate very nice about giving a new one. No Nespresso machines at a Hilton Hotel?! Wow BUT the food from Room Ser ice is amazing. Ask for Uber. ☺️

the Property is central in a spectacular position with the French Dom just in Front you have Breakfast with the View. the whole Property is clean and tidy modern cozy and specious. we had a great stay we upgraded our Room last minute Staff was friendly and helpfull nothing seemed to much . we ended up in the greatest Room there is we believe . Breakfast was great a lot to chose from fresh and tasty we are great full and will be back

Great location. Room was very large. Lovely size hotel. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, fresh with hot/cold options and could take away coffee easily. Great pool area to relax in. Subway train just outside. Easy ti get to all parts of the city. Hop on hop off bus stop short walk across the square.

Could hear noise from corrider/lifts/outside. Going home!

Fantastic central location, helpful front desk and Bell Boy. Comfortable bed and pilllows. Good breakfast. Great pool.

Breakfast a little chaotic with not enough staff and coffee running out all three mornings that we were there. Bathroom a little dated and pool loo is tired.
