The room and view was great! The buffet breakfast was delicious, we looked forward to it every morning.

The pool was closed for renovations and no compensation was offered even though.

Beautiful view over Adelaide city. Hotel is on beachfront, cross one small road and youre on the beach. Very nearby lots of restaurants and walking distance to Coles too. Hotel offers an extra towel upon request for beach activities too. Minifridge in room. Other guests at the hotel seemed pretty friendly when you share the lift together.

The lounge reception area is quite dark and needs more light in there - it doesnt feel super inviting, but has a more vintage appeal I suppose. No complimentary snacks provided to room nor any complimentary tea comes with the room. Any food you take from the minifridge in your room gets deducted from a deposit amount you pay when you check in (seems a bit stingey). Also I didnt know that the pool was shut for refurbishment until after I had booked and paid online to stay at this hotel.

Our second stay here. We love the convenience of being so close to the beach and a shopping strip. All the staff are lovely. Alot of reviews say the hotel is looking old, however I find that part of the charm, kind of 20s art Deco. Enjoy the buffet breakfast!

the view was nice and the free alcohol because of new years was also quite nice.

the fact there was no microwave, or toaster or anything to cook any food was a bit disappointing. the price of the room for the 2 nights was also outrageous

Right on waterfront although our room was looking at the urban jungle.

We had to wait an extra hour and half for our room. Said check in was 2 we got in at 3.30. We were offered a bottle of water as consolation. Weird.

Location was prime. Beachfront and straight onto Jetty road for cafes and restaurants

Aged and no cable tv for late night movies. No microwave in room. Room didn’t get cleaned on second day so no fresh towels.

Great position on the sea front and in the heart of Glenelg

Only issue I had was the shower being over the bath - being older that was an issue for me!

Cashless bar, cash is legal tender and should be accepted anywhere so drank and ate at the Jetty Hotel

Pre requested city view, top floor, quiet room and we were not disappointed.Wonderfully quiet.Room was spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed.The double beds we had each were extremely comfortable,top quality bedding and pillows ensured we slept soundly.Staff were professionally and friendly and the location is second to none,literally a stones throw away from the beach / prom and town centre with its abundance of bars etc.Car parking in the car park immediately opposite was so easy and convenient

The only gripe we had was The Grand Bar which is situated on the ground floor and seems to mainly attract younger ppl/ none guests of the hotel had really loud DJ set heavy bass set which went on until at least midnight.We were quite a distance from this & not immediately above but could hear the heavy beat in our room.Wonder why the hotel allows this especially when those inconvenienced are guests at the hotel and those frequenting it are predominantly not ?
