beds not as comfortable as I expected but still ok. food menu was very dull and fried were terrible (looked and tasted reheated) limited sparkling alcohol drinks. didn’t know they did cocktails until I saw a small sign on the actual bar.

Location was very convenient, pretty close to the shuttle stop to go to Arusha, we could walk there. I liked that it is has a 24 hour front desk so we could do late check-in first day we arrived. Breakfast was great, with many options, local food and also international options. They also prepared breakfast boxes when we had to leave the hotel earlier than breakfast time. Room was comfortable and clean, loved that there is air-conditioning! Overall good value for money. Not luxury hotel but very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Gym was not very equipped. Also we had dinner there one time and it was ok, nothing special. There are so many different nice places to go in the city so I would not recommend the hotel restaurant.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the level of friendliness and hospitality displayed by the hotel staff. Patrick, Anthony and Florence, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs, making sure that everything was taken care of and that I felt right at home. They exceeded my expectations by providing useful tips about local attractions. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for their outstanding service and commitment to making my stay unforgettable.

The air conditioning is loud through the night.

The location worked well for me as it was easily accessible to most places I needed to visit.

I didn't have a view from my room window. It was just blanked off and there was nothing to see.

Location is nice, right in the middle of downtown and uptown. So it’s just walking distance to experience both sides of the city. The room is exactly how it looks on photos. Clean and tidy with enough space for luggage. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices and freshness.

We ordered an airport pick-up, got confirmation from the hotel, but the driver didn’t show up. We did arrive an hour late to the airport due to airplane delay, but we were unable to reach the hotel either by phone or through the chat system on booking.com. It was also quite disappointing that my father and I experienced the cut of electricity in our first room. Unfortunately it took around 30 minutes for the staffs, who are kind and helpful though, to fix before we requested to switch room. Not a pleasant wait and first impression.

We returned after our safari to BW, because the staff were so amazing first time around and really went above and beyond to be hospitable. We were greated by Patrick again, who is such a credit to BW and such an amazing, friendly and helpful member of staff. He checked all of the room for me as I wasn't feeling too well He is such an enthusiastic person and greats everyone with such an upbeat and friendly approach but he is also super helpful to tourists Florence was also extremely helpful and gave us lots of advice during our stay. All in all another amazing experience at BW thanks to Patrick and Florence

The staff at Best Western were amazing! Patrick, Florence & Gillian were so helpful, friendly and sp lovely to see every morning. We had booked a safari tour and our operators were pushing us for money from ATMS. We felt abit stranded as tourists. But Patrick ( concierge) and Florence stayed with us whilst our tour operators were demanding more information and they also offered invaluable advice. We can not thank you enough for your help and advice and you really went the extra mile to make our stay in Naiobi special. Thank you so much Patrick and Florence you were more than amazing staff! We felt like we left with friends in kenya. We would definitely visit BW again, just to catch up with you again, and thank you so much for your amazing hospitable and friendly approach. The staff of the hotel were very nice. Ready to help at any time. Always smiling. Nora was just amazing. She gave me amazing attraction options and I miss her genuine smile. The location is great and in the heart of the city center. Clean environment. If you want to experience busy Nairobi Best wester Plus Meridian is for you. The perfect had different options. I absolutely love every breakfast time. I remember when I requested for Bacon and the chef didn’t understand what I meant and thinking they forgot, I saw bacon right on my table. That shows the level of attention to details of their guests. I enjoyed the pool and the gym.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Truly enjoyed engaging with them. Few places understand the importance of this and I am glad BWM got it right. I would like to mention one standout item for me - and I want to congratulate the management and staff for this. I came in very late on Thursday (1.0am) and with jet lag and everything slept in. Restaurant staff called me at 10.00am to let me know that there was still 30mts left for breakfast. I was truly very impressed.

I thought the cost of the airport shuttle was a little high. However, the driver and all the night staff that dealt with me when I came in were very very nice.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't do more to help us. The security guard, the gentleman at reception all made us feel incredibly welcomed after a long distance travel. The next morning Norah came and checked that we were enjoining our stay and offered her assistance if we needed anything. Partick was incredibly friendly and helpful, checking where our tour was for us and easing any worries. Patrick was friendly and there with a smile and a joke first thing in the morning. Excellent choice at breakfast.
