Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and extremely helpful staff all around. The restaurant/bar the hotel provided good options especially that we arrived late on the first night and had to dine in at the hotel. The hotel is located a walking distance from both the old town on one side and the Guggenheim Museum on the other. The rooms are very quiet although our visit to the city coincided with the city's festival!

The rooms had very poor natural lighting as the windows were very narrows and looked out into walls of the hotel. Although we didn't spend much time during the day in the rooms but waking up to poor morning light was not enjoyable. The wifi was generally good but could only connect to mobile phones and not laptop which was a problem that could not be fixed.

the location of the hotel is amazing: right between the city center, Guggenheim Museum, and the Old Town. Very convenient if you travel for touristic purposes! The room was spacious enough so that it was comfortable even with an additional bed. My mother and grandmother, with whom I stayed, especially enjoyed the bath, while I used shower. The gym was another great facility and a huge advantage of the hotel. It is open 24/7 so I could go there at 5:30 am every day. Cold water and clean towels are provided. I liked using the exercise bike.

For some reason, on the first day of our stay our room wasn’t cleaned. However, during the rest of the stay it was cleaned very well. In my opinion, the bed was a bit too soft. Neither Wi-Fi, not cellular network worked at the gym. That was very inconvenient, because I couldn’t load my online workouts.

stayed at this hotel three times. three times a nice spacious room. good beds, excellent air conditioning, good shower and a fridge. very well sound insulated. this is much needed, because there is a nightclub in the street, so that didn't bother us.

for this price, nothing.

The location of the hotel to old town and Guggenheim museum is perfect, in the middle. The parking was easy, under the hotel for a fee. The staff were helpful and the Lobby Cafe/bar was really nice. We did not get a chance to use the Spa facilities or breakfast. I will return to this hotel again. Bilbao was a surprising fun, small, friendly town. The river walkway and tram to old town spectacular and only a few meters from the hotel.

If they had conditioner in the shower as the shampoo is very dry to hair. Our room faced the lane and an old mossy roof, but booking with a third party I am guessing we were just filling unbooked rooms and ok for one night.

Location of the hotel and size of the room are on the plus size. And comfy mattress. Good choice of breakfast. Great value SPA treatments. Very helpful staff both in hotel and SPA. Beautiful gluten free cocoa in rooms. Very good fridge and decent size safe.

Pillows need replacing. Hot buffet has hot plates that are not on. When busy in the morning it would be nice to get hot breakfast without queuing. Only coffee in hotel room was decaffeinated. Only tea, red berries tea.

It's a 4 star experience. Location is really excellent, couldn't be better - very pleasant 10 minutes along the river to museums, to the funicular, and to all the downtown areas. 15mins to the market. There is a breakfast buffet which is extensive, (eggs to order , etc). It wasn't in our room rate so one day we tried the excellent cafe opposite the hotel (the one with the hair dryer in the window) - it has excellent scrambled eggs. If you don't want to go out for dinner, the lobby bar has reasonable light meals. .

Some evening noise due to the Easter week holiday, but the rooms are very well insulated (double paned), so it wasn't an issue overal

The hotel is lovely, the breakfast meet our expectations, the situation is great, and they did little bag for our kids that was a great surprise! We had an issue with our car and the staff was really helpful! Overall nice stay in this hotel! We recommend

Just a bit disappointed that the pool was not accessible and only for the spa use.

Very well located property, with nice staff and good breakfast. They did welcome our children very kindly.

Air conditioning had a strange odour. Gym was not too well equipped and cleaned. Getting in and out of the garage is an adventure.

the location of the hotel was excellent. We could walk to all the sights, the bars and restaurants, the shops. The river was a minute away and only 10 lovely minutes walk to the Guggenheim and it was the best way to approach it.

this is only a really tiny thing as we thoroughly enjoyed everything about the hotel but I guess the bar could have been more comfortable, cosy sofas perhaps instead of cafe style seating, but really that is just a very small thing.
