Good location in the "old Cadiz", within walking distance to the cathedral, La Caletta, etc. Reception with a good English-speaking receptionist who explains everything precisely. They own several buildings in the street and the amount of tourists is big enough to create a lively street with multiple pubs nearby, open till the night, even off-season. Great economic experience, and professionally done!

When you try to pick up the keys by car, you need to be rough - there is no space on the street where to park. Just stop in the middle of the street and go to the reception. No one from the locals is such a fool to go to that street anyway ;-). Then we were sent to public parking a few hundred meters away, not exactly what we expected (but not a big deal as well).

Pleased not to book parking previsit as due to the timing of the trip other cheaper options were available. However this would be an invaluable service at busier times of the year

Great location in the old part of the city, everything within walking distance. Next door to possibly Cadiz’s best tapas bar. Parking in the hotel garage. A bit difficult to find hotel but well worth the effort.

The bed linen was badly fitted, ie. The base sheet too short and quilt badly placed so I had to remake the bed entirely !!!

Backpacking so 20-30 mins from station good. Reception staff great, helped me forward plan a bus trip whilst checking in. I’d booked a night and then booked another and emailed to connect the two. I got upgraded to an apartment with small kitchen (which I used to cook a humongous steak purchased from the nearby Market). I needed a launderette as travelling light, delighted to find complimentary washing and drying facilities, just need some powder. Not only convenient but saved time. Great location, local bars outside the hotel beaches within a few minutes, nice patios in the hotel. Cadiz is not as polished as say Seville but great for walking, huge beaches and bars etc..I really liked and stayed a third night. Very clean room, and although I didn’t require, the offer of cleaning everyday was available.

From about 7am things get a bit noisy, not sure if building work or fans in bathrooms etc.. tbh great alarm clock, but if your after a lie in ! But this is minor overall.

Easy to check in and bonus being able to check in 2 hours earlier than expected without any extra cost. Good cooking facilities and comfortable bed. Plenty of room for 2 people. Enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the square although not big enough to sit on.. Great location, short walk to caletta beach, close to old town area and lots of historical sites including cathedral.and lots of tapas bars right on the doorstep.

Not able to use the apartment/ hotel car park. However there is a car park close by about a 5 minute walk away and is manned 24 hours a day (disadvantage is it's outdoor so the car can get hot).

The location of the hotel was perfect as it's situated in the old town close to the main attractions and a gorgeous beach. The hotel was clean and well equipped and we particularly loved the roof top terrace where we enjoyed chilling in the sun. We had a mezzanine bedroom in our apartment, the stairs were steep so for someone with mobility issues it might have been tricky but was fine for us. We used the hotel carpark @ 18 euro per day, it was around the corner in the next street so was pretty handy for luggage etc. The breakfast was simple but fine to get your day started with toast, scrambled eggs, hams, chesse, pastries, fruit etc and the restaurant itself was lovely. If we return to Cadiz we'll definitely stay here again.

The only problem with mezzanine bedroom was steep stairs at night to use the toilet.

Excellent location from which to explore Cadiz, easy walkable distance to old town and beach. Convenient hotel parking nearby by at reasonable cost. Tapas bars a few minutes away, superb market, pleasant roof terrace. Room was accessible by lift, with small balcony, and cleaned after a couple of nights with bedding and towels replaced. We enjoyed the noise and bustle of street when balcony door was open and closing the door made room sufficiently soundproof at night. Studio very comfortable and well kitted out. Shower excellent, plenty of hot water. Friendly staff and provided helpful information of nearby amenities and attractions.

We didn’t find roof terrace until third day, a shame as we would have loved to lie in sun up there, a notice in lift to say terrace on 4th floor would have been helpful.

Clean, tranquil and comfortable accommodation, suitable for long stays and for most types of travellers. Spacious rooms, large beds with quality mattresses, 5 star quality bathrooms. All looks and feels new and is clean,well maintained and functional. The personnel were friendly and they speak English at the reception. Reasonably priced breakfast was kind of OK. Scrumble eggs, bacon, butter croissant and Nutella worked fine for me with coffee from the auto machine is drinkable. Lots of restaurants.amd bars nearby to choose from, however mind the opening hours as they are not open all day and some of them are closed on Mondays and even on Tuesdays some times. The hotel also has a lavatory where you can wash and dry your clothes. Wifi worked perfectly in the room as well as my 4G and phone reception. Totally recommended!

You need to walk 10-15 minutes to visit any attraction in the city and also it's a half hour walk from the train and bus stations. There are city buses stopping nearby but they won't be of much use for the sight seeing. No chair and no table in my room because the layout wouldn't allow (large bed in the middle). The hotel does offer some common spaces where you could sit with a laptop.

In Overall, we liked everything. - People: the hotel people was really nice, kind and helpful - Room: was big, clean and had everything what was needed. - Breakfast: was good, one feedback to the hotel, please put also vegetables out - Parking: Near the hotel, and they was also super kind and during the night they washed the window of the car ♡ - Place: Its super close to everything, good restaurants, optimal beach, close to the monuments. - Communication: was great, they spoked in english, and they always replied my messages on booking.

We don't have any negative points Just please upgrade the breakfast with vegetables ;)
