Food was amazing, every day something different, amazing variety. Rooms cleaned daily and reception staff was so helpful and pleasant. Pool area is great, gym could do with refurbishment. The surrounding area was not too busy, only a small mall type of establishment with few bars and shops, but nothing too entertaining. However you have everything you need and more in the hotel. Entertainment was okay, all inclusive drinks were really good and not watered down. We would definitely come back.

Gym could do with refurbishment, air con in the gym didn’t work. Dessert variety - could do with bit more chocolate flavoured desserts but I suppose the variety is soooo good that you’ll always find something to eat.

Food was the best all inclusive we've had on the island and stayed at a few hotels, very clean and lots of sunbeds no waiting around all day to get one.Not much around so perfect if you just want to stay at the hotel.Busy but nicely managed so you don't feel overcrowded.lovley pool and kids pool with slides.Over all a lovely stay 2 adults 1 child.

Nowhere to get a drink until breakfast at 8am apart from water in vending machines at 2.50 a bottle, usually there's some sort of coffee/juice machine available 24hrs but none of them.pool does not open until 10am either so no early swimming for people that like to do that early.

Property was completely refurbished everything was new and clean. Staff were absolutely amazing, special shout-out to bar tender Marisa, Staff receptionists and cleaners of the 5th floor. Excellent food and lovely outdoor areas. We loved the quiet location but might be nicer if you have a car

The snack bar could do with a little more variety outside of the fast food assortment and dinner finished a bit too early for us Spaniards.. We would have also liked some more information on the free shuttles the hotel offered to Palma and Arenals, as we only found out by luck on the third day of our stay.

Family friendly, there were a lot of other families with the kids and everyone could play together. Kids swimming pool with the slides was amazing. Clean rooms. Not too far from the rocky beach. Peaceful neighborhood.

You can quickly get bored with the buffet food, however it is very common with all inclusive hotels. We were missing the descriptions of the food.

Food. Swimming pools. Conditioner. Nice balcony with views. Bed is super comfortable. Receptionists were very helpful.

There’s no beaches around neither clubs. You need to rent a car to get wherever you want. Had to pay for a safe in the room, it wasn’t included. Very poor quality of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, so we should buy. Sad, that swimming pool closed at 6pm.

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. I took plenty of photos! Beautiful location and very child friendly. Loads of parents and babies around, was lovely to see. There were shows and performances for the children, so it gave parents a break.

I liked that it was all inclusive, so we weren't bothered about getting food outside. If we didn't want to go out of the hotel, it would have still be fun as the hotel had alot of activities to keep everyone entertained especially for kids. My daughter visually lived in the kids pool literally all the days we didn't go out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as not only was it comfortable, they had varieties of food, so everyone had something to it. It's also a beautiful hotel and I wouldn't mind returning back with my family again!

I didn't like that the kids club only accepted kids from age 4. Our daughter was 27months, and we only got to keep her there as one of the staff in the kids club only accepted cause she understood english. She did us a favor, but on getting back another staff member was cross with us, as he had initially declined us leaving our daughter behind. I think they should make more rooms for kids from 2yrs as some parents like us would want to do some activities that kids can't join like the parasailing we went for.

The staff are friendly and very helpful and go out of way to help you. Clean and tidy hotel with fabulous food. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

Reception- only 1 person on each time we had to ask, there were 2 monitors but no one manning the other. So always had a queue with long waiting times.
