Fourth time in Puerto de la Cruz but first time in Puerto Azul Hotel which made my stay even better. Brand new hotel, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The room is quite small but have everything you need. Good pressure in the shower, smart tv ( netflix, prime video available), kettle, fan. The rooftop with a jacuzzi is cherry on top ! Breakfast is great as well and changes everyday. I will definitely come back.

The room was not ready when I arrived at check in time and I had to wait 40 minutes for it to be ready. Not enough tables available for breakfast.

A very welcoming recepcionist, very nice cleaning staff. Active contact in app, giving hints etc. Fresh, recently refurbished hotel with modern touch, clean, nicely located, pedestrian street, near plaza del Charco . The room type chosen had a nice view, a big, sunny balcony with sunbeds and a table with chairs. Was very happy with this hotel.

For longer stay not too much storage possibilities for clothes and things. (There was a kind of open wardrobe/ cabinet with some hangers, .in this also minifridge, a kettle, and safety box. Had most of my things on the armchair).

What a great little hotel in a lovely quiet street yet close to the town centre. Many bars and restaurants all around. The hotel feels brand new, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and great air conditioning was a real bonus in the hot weather. Another plus was having a small fridge and a kettle so we could make tea and coffee, however tea, coffee, cold water and a few snacks were always available in the reception area free of charge. Breakfast is buffet style, more than we expected, and served in the lobby and also in the rear lounge. The rooftop terrace features a spa pool and sun lounges and has fabulous views over the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking in the town is near impossible but the free parking at the seafront is only a very short walk away. Highly recommended.

The place is sharply clean, the solarium with the Jacuzzi is perfect to relax. The staff was helpful and showed us where to rent a car and gave us info about Tenerife and Puerto de La Cruz. Bathroom clean and large shower.

The double standard room was a bit tiny as the balcony.

Very comfy, home style family hotel! Personnel is very helpful and nice! Location! 7 minutes walk from main bus station (40 mins from airport). Small restaurants are everywhere around hotel. Supermarket is in 3 mins walk. Beach 10 mins away. Good bed and matrass, memory foam pillow! Rooms are being cleaned every day, by demand, you can leave a do-not-disturb or please-clean signs on the door noob - very helpful! Breakfast choices are maybe a bit limited, but quality is very good!

Room a tiny, but it was ok with me, as I only came there in the evening :) But the window oversee the wall, which it not ideal... although I assume nothing can be done about this one... Another minus, there was a strong smell from the bathroom :( I assume from the sink. Also, the there was not door between room and bathroom, so not nice smell all over the room. But this one can be easily fixed :)

The location of this hotel is perfect - very close to the centre but in a pretty and quiet street. The decor and appearance is lovely - very fresh and modern. I loved the roof top terrace and jacuzzi but it will be even better when the building work is finished. The room, despite being very small, was very adequate, with great facilities, a huge tv, kettle, hairdryer, fridge and lovely en-suite bathroom. Yes, the room is tiny with a window that just shows a wall, but for the price, that is acceptable. The breakfast was great value for 6 euros and the staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely return!

The only thing that was a negative was how hot it was in the room. I stayed (during identical weather) in other accommodations before and after so know that it was not due to the general temperature on the island. It may be due to the very bright lighting or maybe the heat from the fridge (it was giving off a lot of heat) but it made it difficult to sleep. Even with the ceiling fan on it was still very hot in there and would be much worse in the summer I imagine.

The staff was very accomodating and friendly, I have to especially mention Fernando and Rayco. The location was great, right in the city center. The breakfast was also pretty decent with quite some veriety for the price.

The matress was unfortunately very hard for me, so I had trouble sleeping the first few nights. After a few extra blankets that I asked for were put on top of the matress by the staff, the problem was solved. Thanks to Fernando for that!

Location is absolutely perfect, in the middle of the city centre but extremely quite. It's a pedestrian area so no cars in the street. Everyone was super helpfull and nice, and there's complimentary coffee and tea whenever you want.

The only thing I didn't like was that my room didn't have any windows that open fully (because they would be opening to a lounge area. So the air was a little stuffed and there was no natural light but I didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't bother me much.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Very friendly staff, cute breakfast, and I LOVED the unlimited all-day coffee at the reception desk. The room was clean and everything seem well-maintained. And for this price, it's a fantastic value! Would recommend.

A few of the rooms (including ours) have only cooling fans on top of the ceiling instead of a proper air conditioning unit. The room did get a bit hot because of this.

The Location of the hotel is in a quiet street of the historic part of the city. Every part of the city including the loro park is withing 35 min of Walking. Its small but very comfortable. The staff is very nice and doing a excellent job. It was very tidy and the breakfast was good.
