This was my second time in this hotel, and I still like it. The hotel is more than perfect location. Not to busy area, but very close to the centre. All receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Everything that we need, they're help. I loved the interior of the hotel as it is decorated.

I didn't complain about it because it has not really bothered us. I saw worse in my life, I am only writing to help. The bed was a bit too hard, and the pillow was too low; it's not the best for the side sleepers. The bath was painted, and the paint was coming off under showering, and the bath was partially rusty. The bath drain was a bit blocked. The toilet flush button falls apart. The cleanliness was much better in the past, when I had my first visit. I know it's not easy to make a clean in stayed room. Unfortunately, my fiancé's pyjamas pants somehow were bleached by the housekeeper accidentally under cleaning. She needs a little bit more careful with. Luckily, just his pyjamas, and he did not really care.

Absolutely loved the bed was so comfortable, especially with air con working. staff polite and cleaner also friendly and polite. Allow dogs which was brilliant. Most appliances were present with only a couple of adjustments needed. All in all was a good stay and I have rebooked for my next little get away with the same room. Thank you 😊

There was no were to park next to hotel or in hotel grounds, when first arrived and saw over the balcony I was gobsmacked but after a couple days of settling in began to love it just don't have to high expectations, otherwise it was brilliant and comfortable. Needs a toaster and a frying pan as you do need to self cater. And lift felt a little scary.

Nice staff, perfect location to explore the city. Room service every day. Overall good value for the price we paid.

Sometimes it was hard to find a parking spot at el muelle (especially after 8pm), probably because of public holidays. You can hear other people from other rooms talking or other noises very clearly.

It is a really nice and nicely decorated, clean hotel with friendly staff. It is centrally located near the Plaza de Charco.

The technical equipment is simply a disaster. Some days there is hardly any hot water coming out of the pipe, one whole day there was no water at all without being announced. The elevator regularly asks to contact the management because of a "malfunction". These are basics that simply must work in any hotel, no matter what class it is. The Hotelmanagement reacted fair and professional about our claim! The owner of the Ohana from across the street also likes to put table sets under the hotel balconies (at the corner to the street), so that just by this gastronomy, especially on weekends, an extreme noise is created.

It was really close to a huge, free car park, only a few minutes of walking. The area of the hotel was very safe, there was a wide variety of restaurants and bars nearby. The personnel were really nice and helpful, the place was clean, and the room was cleaned every day. The room had a TV, a small fridge, a clean bathroom, a wardrobe, and a balcony, which was more than enough. I would choose this place anytime again.

Pleasant place to stay. Very central, the rooms are nicely decorated, I could see the Teide from my balcony. Cafés, restaurants nearby, the closeset beach is like 8 minutes. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful! Puerto de La Cruz is generally a very nice place to stay!

The thin walls and the internet......I was lucky because my neighbors were not noisy, but I heard everything, coughing, talking, tv....I hardly had a net, maybe it was the location of my room, but you should double-check before you reserve a room. Cleaning also need to be improved a bit.....

Absolutely incredible location, on the slightly quieter side of the town centre. Easy walk to everywhere. Rooftop terrace had stunning views. Staff were super helpful.

It wasn't a great balcony view from floor 1 but the rooftop more than makes up for it. Might have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Great place for short and inexpensive stay in Puerto. Location in nice area half way between noisy centre and the beach. Ambient streets around and many great places to eat and drink. The hotel looks nice and each room has a balcony. The rooms are very basic though.

electric kettle in the room would be great, since coffee from the machine in the lobby is not the best
