The hotel is good value for money. The room is beautiful and well cleaned and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

We arrived early so we couldn’t get into the room so I asked if I can use the lobby’s bathroom but he said that it’s out of service and I can use the one in the first floor, but it was so so dirty !! But again the room was super clean and the room’s bathroom was also super clean as well. Also I actually didn’t like that I asked the receptionist if he can send someone to help us with the luggage and he said that no one can help us. I mean it’s a 4 star hotel I expected more

The hotel is located in an excellent location. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center or 10 minutes by bus, and the bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast is really rich and varied. The rooms are excellently furnished and have everything stated in the description. Everything is very clean. the staff is very friendly and ready to help. You can park for free in the surrounding streets. The only small minus is that the wi-fi signal is somewhat weaker in the building further away from the main road.

We booked this room for it’s proximity to the train station. The pool was great, our room was clean and accommodated our family of four, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were easily within walking distance of plenty of restaurant options.

The room is very basic, the beds were not very comfortable and the air conditioner was barely adequate to keep our room not hot.

The breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed it. Also, the hotel was new and had a nice interior and a pool.

There was always a long queue of guests at the reception. Only a receptionist was there at day and night. Especially, wheen I checked out, I was thinking in the long line that I might miss my bus as it took about 25 minutes until I finally checked out. The location was a bit far from the major attractions and travel time was longer than what I thought it would be.

The room was very clean and a good size with very comfortable beds and a big bathroom. The location is convenient to get to the city centre. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

Although the hotel has parking, there is limited availability and you’re unable to pre-book a space. We were lucky as we managed to find a parking space on the street in front of the hotel. It would be nice if there was a bit more variety for the breakfast.

Room was great, Air con was welcome, kids loved the pool, but it is on small side. Location was quiet, staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK. Nice quiet area close to Railway station, Sevilla FC and El Corte Inglis.

I knew how far out of main tourist area it was - so not an issue, but families to be aware it is a 20min walk to tourist areas, but easy to get an Uber or Bus..

Spacious and clean. Helpful staff As we stayed during the heatwave the air conditioning was a welcome relief! Although out of the centre it was close to bus stops that took you into the city and at €1.40 a journey well worth it.

It was in need of a little maintenance- loose tiles etc and a general sense of being “tired”

- The entrance to the parking is very narrow and on a one way street where cars park on each side, so I would recommend paying for a different parking facility - The hotel itself was great, nothing to dislike 😊

We got a spacious room on the ground floor. The room and the facility in general were quite well maintained. We got comfortable beds with new mattresses, big bathroom and a nice closet with a safe. We really enjoyed the breakfast, since there was a big variety of different foods, juices, yogurts and breads. Our room was in the back building, and it was looking at the inner yard, so we couldn't hear anything from the noisy street in the front. Staff was friendly and helpful. A very positive experience! Bus stop to the city center is at 50 m from the hotel, while super markets and good restaurants are around the corner.

Noise insulation at the inner walls could be better, since we were able to hear quite well the snoring person from the room next to us, but with some earplugs, we were ok.

Clean, tidy and minimalistic. close to the football stadium sports bar on opposite side of the road (coffee & play) with 1 x large screen and plenty of normal tv screens good air conditioning in hotel room Taxi from hotel into city centre area (less than 9 euro)

noise in corridors from staff possibly cleaners. I asked a member of staff at reception if the place which does breakfast in the morning also served food in the afternoon / evening and he said no to me but I’m pretty sure it did but I just ate outwith the hotel after that
