Absolutely brilliant beautiful hotel, with wonderful friendly owners, who bend over backwards to make you welcome. Rooms were very clean and spacious with a patio overlooking the stunning scenery, breakfast was excellent with perfect eggs and delicious coffee. I contacted the owners as we could of been later than expected due to a flight delay, and they accommodated us even asking if we wanted a bite to eat. We we definitely return soon for longer, as it was the best hotel we stayed in in our 7 days of touring. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Excellent location for hiking in El Teide National park. Kind hosts. Good breakfast included and great, cozy restaurant and bar if you want to have diner and/or a drink. Comfortable room, with a warm shower and quiet at night. Easy to park right outside.

Heating didn't work and it was cold in the room, but there were several extra blankets in the closets which I used.

Oh, I loved this place so much! The room was simple, but comfy with a beautiful view from the balcony. And with hot-hot-hot shower. :)  The hotel is in the best location if you want to visit the Teide National Park. And there are splendid trekking routes also near around, you just have to step out of the house. The restaurant is excellent. The dining room has a special, cosy mood furnished by the family. It is absolutely worth to have dinner there and try out the house-made foods, they are sooooo delicious. And the family - yes, they are the soul of this house. Everybody was so kind, caring, guest friendly and much more than flexible. They did everything to feel me comfortable and like at home. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

There was no heating that time (November) and the room was a bit cold. But there was plenty of blankets so I could nestle in. :) 

Location was helpful for us as we were walking the GR131 route. Also the staff were great as we wanted to leave very early and would miss the breakfast so they made us a packed breakfast/lunch late that night. Very kind!

El Sombrerito is filled with all kinds of vintage tools and equipment, ranging from film projector used in cinemas to mechanical scales and agriculture tools. Great dinner. Accomodation pretty basic, but more then enough for hikers. Really cosy atmosphere.

Comfy room for 2 persons in an authentical small hotel. The breakfast was perfect and enough. Vilaflor is a beautiful village near to Tenerife's highest mountains.

I eat dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. The breakfast was also good. The room was small but for one person it was fine. The room was clean with sufficient towels.

No TV so I was depending on using my tablet but there was no Wi-Fi in the room only in the restaurant area. No one could get it to work. Also, no elevator so needed someone to help bring down my big luggage but no one there to help.

Nice location, in small town on approach to Teide national park. Nice views. Had my own balcony to enjoy evening views. Good food for dinner. overall good experience.

Wifi didn’t work properly. Room was rather chilly, as it didn’t seem to get sun at all.

Great place to stay of you plan on hiking the Teide. Located in a small quiet village. Rooms are big enough. Did not have any heating in the room but were offered electrical device if needed. Decided to have dinner there, great food and huge portion ! The rabbit is very nice if you want to taste local food. Breakfast was included in the room, enough to feed us before a day of hikes in the Teide

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food in the restaurant is very good. The place was open when little else in the village was. The sheets were changed after two days.
