Breakfast good also breakfast room open for tea and coffee all day and for snacks into evening . Hotel very good about storing luggage at early arrival and after checkout for rest of day.

Access to hotel up a step and along a corridor -not that welcoming

The hotel has its own parking on the premises, so we could park our car ans basically see it from the window. Very convenient as we did not have to carry our luggage too far. The price for the parking is much better than any publicly available city parking and you can keep the spot until 3pm on your check-out day. Another great thing that they have an open kitchen where you can find tea, coffee and pastries free of charge and available all day long. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. The location is great as well, you can consider it as a starting point for many

Not too many options for vegans for breakfast. The neighborhood is a bit loud - there is a big concert hall in the area and some clubs/party venues so we could hear very loud music on each night more or less until midnight. The hotel reminds more of a hostel or a student's dormitory - it was not an issue for us, we kind of liked its vibe, but just for the travellers to be aware than in the pictures it seems like a bit of a higher standard.

The hotel is easily accessible by car and has a private car park outside the building. The check-in times are perfect and the rooms are acceptably clean. The bathroom was quite comfortable. The hotel is not far from the centre, so we decided to visit the old town on foot. Breakfast was included in the price, which is advantageous, and we appreciated the presence of fresh fruit.

The hotel room was not very big for 4 people, although we expected it to be. The access to the building is also not comfortable, as you have to climb several steps to get to the reception, and there is no lift from the parking level or from the street level to get to the reception. This is a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

The breakfast was lovely, complete with vegan and lactose free options, hot eggs and bacon, cold cuts, pickled herring, smoked salmon, prosciutto, fruit, cereal, and freshly baked bread! So many options, I was full and happy every morning and didn't need lunch. In the evening until 9PM, the waffle machine came out, and you could make yourself a waffle and top it with jam and whipped cream. There also is coffee/tea/juice and biscuits available all the time. The room was minimal and clean, bed was warm and comfy. The bathroom had a towel heater, which was very nice. Location was right by a bus terminus with lots of options.

The shower was not really separate from the bathroom, so the floor got wet every time. Could hear the music from the concert venue across the street sometimes. The only thing missing from the buffet in the morning was a jar of nutella. Would also go well with waffles!

Whole-day cookies, cinnamon buns, coffee, tea and juices. Nom nom nom! Breakfast spread was normal spread. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The location isn't perfect. Too far to walk from the central station with luggage, but taking 510 or 513 (took time to lug around luggage to find the bus stop) took me closer. Still, it was a long walk from end station "Heden". The back gate on the street can be used if you're walking from the Central Station. Once there, it's very close to the main shopping street and Concert halls and culture.

I think the listing is dishonest. It says parking is one of the amenities, but that is not true. If you want parking on site you have to specifically reserve it, which booking.com does not do. Offsite parking is close and convenient, but it cost me 190 kr. Which I hadn’t expected on top of the hotel price.

It was absolutely amazing that we were offered free snacks and tea or coffee round the clock. When it comes to breakfast, it was much better than we expected - with such a variety of meals everybody was able to eat what they wanted. Besides, the room was really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Moreover, if you are interested in football, it is really close from the hotel to the Gamla Ullevi, which is the stadium of IFK Göteborg.

Very nice , friendly and polite staff. Room was fresh and nice. Well cleaned Breakfast was perfect some thing for everybody's taste and fresh. Free water, juice and coffee around the clock. Was a bit concerned about noise from road outside before i got there but that was absolutely not a problem. Staff absolutely go the extra mile to make stay very good. Walking distance to everything we intended to visit and experience. Definitely will stay there again next visit. So thank you to the staff Best regards Johan

The dubbel bed was sliding apart very easy. Me and my partner was joking and say it was the grand cannon between the beds and that we could see corpses from other visitors in the bottom ( it's soon Halloween time and a laugh extends life) I just put a belt around the legs and problem was resolved. I understand it makes it easier to change bed. So a suggestion to hotel is to put something in rubber or similar under legs in end to creating friction then it's still easy for cleaning staff to lift beds a little and it will not sliding apart so easy

I arrived in the evening to Göteborg, whilst in train I searched for accommodation nearby to the central train station. Found this one and saw that price was good (799 SEK - 73€) Firstly I thought that for a cheap price it would be a bad place - but I was so wrong ! The check in personal was really friendly and told me about the possibilities in the hotel. It had all night coffee, tea and fruit service. Room was really spacious, bed really cozy and big TV in the room. I would recommend this place for anyone! Don't hesitate to book at here, you'll get more than you paid for :)))

I liked the very friendly staff and easy communication. Breakfast was usual European, but with local specialities that I liked very much. I loved the opportunity to have drinks and cookies any time. The hotel is situated very close to the centre and the station, so I just walked around without any need of using transport. There is also a lift inside the hotel and special stool for small children in the breakfast room.
