Nice surroundings and easy to reach by car. Highly skilled personnel who will support and solve any problems that may arise during your stay. We had problem with the automatic door lock and with competent support we got fast solution for problem. Good restaurant at the hotel with nice terrace and outdoor area. Recommend as relaxing stay and rooms are very quiet and clean.

Nothing to complain about. We got also support for local mobile parking as the Gothenburg parking system is meant to locals. Despite we got the parking ticket as surprise at the morning this was also quickly clarified with local authorities as misunderstanding from their side.

The hotel has an excellent location for attending events at Ulevi stadium, which is a 10 minutes’ walk, but also for sightseeing in Gothenburg as it is also close to the city's center. Our room was comfortable and functional (having hidden refrigerator, an open wardrobe and cabinet, a safe, iron and ironing board, coffee and TV). Breakfast was quite good with different kinds of cheese, meet, bread and everything else you need for a good start of the day. They offer also breakfast boxes “to go”, which was a nice option for our planned day trip to Copenhagen. Hotel lobby is a nice place to relax after a long (trip) day or an event, but there are also gardens inside where you could walk or just relax. Personnel at reception and lobby bar was kind and helpful making our stay pleasant.

Parking is not well organized and quite expensive, so it is preferable to use public parking spaces nearby (e.g. public parking P-hus that is just next to the hotel). There is also no charging station (for electric vehicles), but there are some nearby.

Great variety of breakfast options for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, lactose-intolerants, they even had everything super fresh :) The free sauna was also nice, but a little colder than I'm used to (<70C), super nice and helpful personnel. Gothenburg is very walkable and this hotel was within walking distance from everything.

The personnel was super friendly but a little chaotic, e.g. I didn't get my last pre-ordered breakfast before my flight, and a cleaning lady started to clean my room when I was there although she was very nice and left immediately when asked to. The bed was a little less comfortable.

The breakfast could have had more traditional Swedish elements, like cinnamon buns for example The sauna could have had a couple of lounge chairs for relaxing, as the changing bench was not the most comfortable to relax on The walls between the rooms were very thin and we were woken by noise from the rooms next door to us The room was very compact and the king-sized bed mentioned at reception was not as promised, which was OK but would have been very nice

The location was very good in terms of accessibility to the city center. Was a very nice Luna park next to the hotel, football fields and nice restaurants that you could reach on foot. The breakfast was very good with good quality and lot of choices!

The room cleaning service isn’t standard. You must ask to the front desk to clean the room while you stay there. We asked for both days but the first day they didn’t do it. Also, the hotel doesn’t have private parking! Or at least this is what they told me. Be careful you must pay wherever you park! If you have your car full day parked you will pay something like 30€+ daily which increases A LOT the daily cost of your vacations.

Great stay in a Scandinavian style hotel. That's exactly what we expected. The administrative staff are very kind and helpful. We initially got a room with a non-working fridge. The hotel reception employee changed the hotel room for us without any problems. We also asked for slippers, and we received new home slippers! The breakfast selection is plentiful, but it's about the same every morning. Convenient location, near the city centre, there is a grocery store next to the hotel.

The breakfast staff were nice, except for one unpleasant staff member (a woman with glasses and blonde short hair) who chase away out of the breakfast area every morning. While traveling, for the first time we encountered a situation that when the minute of the end of breakfast came, we could not finish our breakfast in peace and we were chased out of the breakfast zone because according to the employee, her working time was over.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel room was spacious, cozy and warm and good internet connection. TV is OK too if you have a Netflix acct. you can use it in the Hotels TV. The hotel is surrounded with good restaurants, mexican, Indian, Italian, pizza places and a supermarket across the street from the Hotel. Very close enjoyable walk to the other neighborhoods fx. Haga, Linne, Nordstan mall ca. 15-20 minutes. Everything is within walking distance. Theres a good selection of movie theatres, music venues and theaters too within walking distance. I loved this hotel. Just love the ambiance, it has a bar so I always had a beer or glass of wine and sat in their lounge enjoying all the people coming in and out of the hotel.

Hotel is in a very cosy position to reach the centre of the city (10 minutes on foot to reach Aga Street). The room was not so big, but fitted out with all the necessary and it was clean with a very comfortable bed and wide wardrobe. Bathroom was big and clean with an huge shower. Staff was very available and ready to give any kind of informations. Breakfast was rich and various, particularly with a good mix of salted and sweet foot.

Wi-fi didn't work good in the room, sometimes it disappeared and when it worked it was very poor. Instead in the common place it worked good

1. Minimalist, yet comfortable and Scandinavian-functional interior of the hotel room. 2. Comfortable beds and absolute soundproofing in the hotel room were a prerequisite for a good sleep. 3. Varied breakfast menu - the dishes were tasty and filling.

1. Surprisingly, fish dishes were not on the breakfast menu at all (and this has happened in Sweden!). 2. And as always happens in economy-style hotels, the only hygiene product in the bathroom was liquid soap, but even that was in short supply.

The rooms are nice although look a bit old. The staff is super friendly and nice! The restaurant is excellent and both the chief and the barmen are extremely nice, friendly and helpful! Great location. I love this hotel, highly recommended!

The cleaning during my stay was not really thorough, the shower was not clean and the flood was not vacuumed. Wifi didn't work in the very last room, but they could put me in another room.
