The staff were very helpful in every way. The location is excellent; a 5 to 10 minute walk to either the Hommachi Metro Station or the Shinsaibachi Metro Station. Or, a 20 minute walk all the way to the 'Glico Man' sign in Dotonbori where all the action is. Room is small but that is to be expected as this is Japan.

The duvet was much much too thick! It would have been suitable if the temperature in the room was close to freezing! Had to ask for blankets to replace the duvet.

Check-in and check out was very smooth. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel breakfast was delicious - the spread changes slightly daily but usually will include: scrambled eggs, tamagoyaki, japanese rice, miso soup, grilled fish, mapo tofu, fruit salad, assorted breads and pastries. Around half of the spread would contain meat, but overall, the spread has many vegetarian options (however very limited for vegans - see additional comments below). The rooms were small, but the space was so cleverly designed that they even managed to fit in side tables and a small laptop desk. Clean and cosy, beds were comfortable. The toilet facilities are very advanced, there was a bidet and the shower had multiple spray options. Location was fantastic, less than 10min to Shinsaibashi and the subway station was also really close by. This was a 10/10 stay for me and will be my choice hotel the next time I am in Osaka. Thank you to the professional staff who made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

The microwave/ice room seemed to be locked after around 8pm - take note if you were planning to have late night snacks! Hotel breakfast had limited hot food options for vegans - my travel companion was vegan and she ate rice with assorted japanese pickled side dishes everyday. They also have cereal and salad. The food labels at the buffet are pretty good and will indicate allergens. However - there is a convenience store nearby Honmachi station where you can buy vegan onigiri for breakfast.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights during a Christmastime visit to Japan. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, It was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and had a good and varied buffet breakfast. Staff speak some English and worked hard to take care of all their guests during a very busy period. Good location for us. Rooms are typical size for a Japanese hotel (which means tiny by Western standards!) but very well-equipped and comfortable. Some really helpful little design touches, e.g. the beds were just high enough to allow us to slide our suitcases under the beds, which made much better use of the very limited floor space!

My partner and I love to walk and the hotel was a 15min walk to shinsaibashi shopping area, plenty of shopping arcade areas to window shop. location was fabulous! it was also near dotonbori (glico man sign) and you can spend the whole day around that area and walk back to the hotel without going through the train crowd. Morning breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming, though the choices of protein could be better as it was salmon everyday for the 4 days we were there. overall, will definitely be coming back to Osaka and staying with holiday inn again.

The location is exceptional, the room had everything we needed and proved to be of a suitable size. The complementary breakfast was a great solution for two of our mornings.

The rooms pictures on Booking and the hotel itself are not clear as to the room size or its structure. While I was pleasantly surprised that the room's size was decent, I had no way of understanding that from the listed size alone (seeing how the rooms in Japan are mostly on the smaller side)

The room is super clean and there is a tag post their cleaning to indicated disinfected. The bath room is very good with rainforest shower. Bed is comfy too and the staff was very nice including the breakfast has a moderate range considering is complimentary.

Nothing to dislike and just a watch out that for laundry, you will need to send to the lobby and self pick up too. In addition, due to room size, i have opened the luggage and placed it below the table :) just an idea

Main reason for my lodging there was to have dinner at the Restaurant Vinoteka Osaka which serves real traditional Apulian food so the hotel was very well positioned for my needs. The room was very beautiful and I enjoyed its cleanliness and the really fancy shower. Breakfast was great and personnel was very helpful!

The reception situated at the 3rd floor was a bit misleading to me and even the indications for the elevator to get there were not very clear (at least for me).

Location was great, close to subway and the hotel gave good instructions how to exit from the subway. Some reataurants in the neigbourhood. Excellent shower and toilet in general, you had several options what kind of shower you prefer. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

The room was small, but was not a surprise. Breakfast room was very crowded, no matter at what time you entered. Obviously too small for the size of the hotel.

Well isolated rooms. Stayed at the 15th floor with a great view over Osaka. Namba can be reached by Metro or even a 30 minutes walk if you are in the mood. Osaka Castle is one hour walk or easy to access by Metro too. At night it is quiet and in the morning at 07:30 AM you hear the bell of the temple next door a few times, but i loved that. The Check-inn is at level 3 and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The level of English is above average what to expect in Japan. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. A firm bed an and amenities are available. Complimentary breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. Asian and Western food. Fruit, pastries, soup etc

The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable that I have enjoyed 3 night of stay. The hotel is located near the Shinsaibashi but is quit at night (probably because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast is simple but good enough to start the morning. I love the the express pack provided in the lobby. I could take some fruit and pastry with me, and bring my roommate a coffee to wake her up.

The restaurant was quite packed at the breakfast session that you may need to wait for the tables. But, overall, the hotel is worth for money and a great place to stay.
