Hotel location was perfect, but unfortunately the do not have breakfast, in Booking website it says, there is breakfast for 15$ but that information was not true at least 20$, the hotel staff recommended to try Cora restaurant, but we didn’t. The room, bathroom and the sheets was clean. What I didn’t like, was the coast of the night in hotel it’s different from nigh to nigh, right booking gave the final cost but without details, I felt they cheat us unfortunately, I will be more careful with booking.com

The hotel was centrally located: 7 minute walk to the Museum of Fine Arts, 5 minute walk to Dorchester Square (Hop On Hop Off bus stop), 30 minute walk to Vieux Montreal. There were many restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel had an arrangement with a nearby parking garage, which was convenient. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but a little small. There was a refrigerator in the room, so we could have breakfast there (breakfast was not included in the hotel price).

The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but this was not a deal-breaker.

The location was excellent for Concordia University, downtown area, Mont Royal, and metro stations. Local area felt safe including walking around in the evening as lone female. Close to a very well stocked supermarket and some good local cafes (I did not use the one connected to the hotel). Bed very comfortable. Small fridge in room. Gym was basic but satisfactory for treadmill running. Very close to 747 Airport bus stop.

Very little provision for tea drinkers in room. General level of noise overnight for rooms facing into internal courtyard (air conditioning units I think) although it was bearable. Obvious that other gym-users did not clean the equipment after use, possibly because there was no obvious spray available (just tissue). Ventilation could have been better in gym - glad I was the only user each time.

The hotel is very close to the central train station and walking distance to all the main sights and attractions in the downtown and old city. Staff are attentive and efficient with the check-in and check-out process being seamless. As a value proposition, the room was hard to beat. At less than $200 CAD per night, in a prime location, the room has a lot to offer to a traveller.

The decor in the facility looks a bit dated and the elevator has certainly seen better days. The room is very small as is the shower. Housekeeping is good but irregular.

The room, I received was a super king and it was great over looking the street. The windows are sealed well, there is no noise, but they need to be openable for fresh air. The location is fantastic if you want to be in the heart of downtown (shopping, food, entertainment, etc).

As we stayed there for 8 days, it would have been nice to open the windows to get in some fresh air and turn off the AC. Nothing major if you are there for 2-3 nights

A slightly dated but comfortable hotel close to everything including the palais de congres where I was attending a meeting.

Room change 3 times - 4th time lucky. Issues included dirty floor, door not being able to be locked (I was solo female traveller) and a/c not working. The final room I was given was nice but on a mezzanine level with no lift access so suitcase had to go up and down stairs.

The hotel looks a bit "run down" but it's only because the building is an older one. Not really an issue or a complain, just don't expect a modern hotel. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and helpful, speaking of course both French and English. The hotel's location is alright, you can find several shops and restaurants only a few steps away.

Since as mentioned, the hotel is an older one the rooms felt a bit "rusty", the bathroom could use some upgrades as well as the AC system which is very very noisy (but still a good thing to have in the summer!). Not really big issues, just small details.

The location was excellent for my needs. Easy walk from/to the Airport bus stop, and an easy walk to restaurants and stores. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The shower was great. What made this hotel stand out was how nice and helpful everyone I encountered at the front desk was.

The fire alarm went off at 6:50 am and guests waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes. It would have been helpful if staff made a few announcements about what was going on.

The very convenient location is within minutes walk from the walking street of Montréal with bus stops a couple of minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily.

The air conditioner was very loud as well as the street at night. There were no slippers offered, which is unusual for Best Western Plus.

Comfortable beds, quiet room. Hot chocolate machine in lobby. Love the location close to china town, old Montreal and downtown core.

Thought I booked a single queen room at lower rate so had a bit of sticker shock at price of stay. Bathroom was locked and needed to ask to have it opened. This was dealt with promptly but the gentleman who fixed it was unmasked and coughing. This is not unique to this hotel. There may be sanitizer and barriers at check in, but no one is masking ANYWHERE. The Covid question should be removed from this site as it is no longer applicable. No street parking near hotel. Have to move the car between midnight and 7 or 5 and 7 etc in surrounding streets Mon to Friday. Parked car about 20 min walk away. I am a former Montrealer and travel here frequently. This was overpriced for the stay.
