I loved all the creativity - art on the walls, etc. I also loved the neat room set up, with the one queen bed and the high bunk beds above us. The bathroom was nice. The room lived up to my expectations.

I dont' like that I was charged a $40 resort fee, when there isn't even a pool or anything that seems worth that cost. I don't even drink alcoholic drinks, but if I did, $40 would be a lot to pay for a couple small bottles of alcohol.

I booked the hotel from booking.com because it said $74. I was expecting to pay about $117 after taxes. Instead I paid $167! They put a $50 fee on which included a bunch of great deals. I was not in Chicago for those things, I just needed a place for 1 night. If you remove that $50 fee I will come back otherwise, I will not see you again. I will be coming back to that same area, but I will find a different hotel.

It is almost impossible to find reasonably priced accommodations for a family of five in large cities. The two bedroom suite with kitchenette (for pizza leftovers;), clean bathroom, and a comfy bed for each of us was just what we needed after long days of exploring. Walking distance to LOTS and the L for anything else (Wrigley). Parking was right outside the hotel, convenient.

Parking could have been more clearly communicated prior to arrival, but coincidentally one of the hotel staff was in the parking area when we arrived to instruct us we should secure parking pass from inside hotel before parking.

Check-in was slow, yet the room was comfortable, clean and fairly new. Downstairs was a full kitchen, game room with ping-pong, small airhockey table and Foosball. The train track was next door yet I didn't hear it from our room.

The girls who checked in before us we're complaining because of the amount they were quoted, yet it could be they missed the fees and taxes.

We love your facility! However, we love your staff more. I intended to come back to leave a tip for the staff, but our exit from town did not go past there. We will be coming again in September and I will surely leave a tip!

My husband booked using his employee business card; he was charged a $60 fee which he has tried to receive an explanation. Yet, no-one has contacted him back. His employer has taken it to the credit card company to dispute with you.

It’s really cute and a really good area within Chicago, you can take the rain anywhere.

It’s weird that they charge your for any bedding, so you can have like a 10 day stay and they won’t change the sheets, if they do, it’s a lot more money.

Decor, easy walk from trains and fun downtown bars and eateries. Cool old school sports theme complete with a swimming pool like hallway. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Furniture laid out to slow for maximum space utilization.

Signage on building is very subdued. Not sure that the front door was ever latched and locked at night. Never used any of the resort amenities that are automatically charged

The sports bar decor was cool. Free drinks every night was fun. It wasn’t bustling so you could tell it is still the pandemic era. It’s also a couple blocks away from my favorite barcade in Chicago. My room had a window that looked directly out to the elevated train, and while some people would consider this as a negative my cat was transfixed and ran to the window every time a train came by and watched it. I didn’t feel nearly as bad leaving him bored in a hotel room knowing that he had something to keep him entertained! I used SpotHero to find nearby park for less than $20 per night. The hotel charges $35 per night if you use theirs.

The pillows were not very comfortable, but this is a personal preference and I usually just bring my own for long stays.
