The property was inviting well maintained and cared for. The rooms are always immaculate, the beds are comfortable.and clean. Shopping was available across the street with plenty of eateries near by. The gift shop in the lobby also has a great variety of essentials. The restaurant/bar was really nice and their breakfast buffet is a family favorite. The pool/ hot tub is maintained exceptionally well with plenty of room for guests. staff ensures there are plenty of towels pool side throughout the day. There are showers to rinse off as well as restrooms for your convenience. The highlight is definitely the staff. They are all so courteous and friendly. They always go out of their way to make us feel not only welcomed but like part of a family. No doubt that if we were ever to have an issue they would make sure it would be resolved. We kind of want to keep this place a secret so it doesn’t get ruined lol but they deserve the recognition and business of anyone who is thinking of staying in Anaheim.

Everything was perfect

Kevin Schjei the general manager and his staff absolutely blew me away! They were all top notch, professional, kind, warm, helpful, happy people! Kevin reached out to welcome us and offer us a welcome gift before we even reached the property! His personal outreach made me feel welcome to reach out to him with any and everything I might need during my family’s stay! I ended up having car trouble during my stay and he not only offered to personally reach out to a mechanic friend to help me on Sunday, he helped my family and I be able to affordably stay an additional night in our same room so that we could get our vehicle taken care of! I called the front desk with multiple various questions attempting to arrange not only my husband flying out to help fix my car, but other details pertaining to the situation, and every single staff member we came across here was just the very best! The hotel and room itself were inviting, beautiful, clean, comfortable and just as top notch as it comes! I could go on all night about this impeccable establishment and it all starts from Kevin at the top and trickles down! I would highly recommend this hotel to absolutely everybody who needs a place to stay (no matter what for) in this general area! And if anything does happen to not meet your expectation, just reach out to Kevin and I have not a single doubt he will go above and beyond to correct the situation!!!

That I can’t stay longer!

The staff at check in were exceptional. They made you feel welcome and went out of their way to meet your needs. The rooms were spacious and catered for our needs. Pamela was excellent and went out of her way when we needed some information.

The staff at the breakfast buffet. Not all staff, but dealt with Leo who rushed us for our Breakfast Voucher and tried to move us on even though they were not busy. The Breakfast selection was fine just some training in how to treat guest better would be good.

The hotel is located close to attractions in the area, as well as major highways to get to and from destinations. The hotel amenities make stays a home away from home, and the staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are well organized for a short or lengthy stay, and very comfortable for relaxing or sleeping.

There were some stains on the carpet in room 1414, the cabinet did not shut completely that contained the small refrigerator, and a towel holder near the shower was loose.

Leo in the restaurant was an amazing waiter. He made sure we were all happy and full. I recommend paying for the breakfast vouchers because the breakfast isn't cheap for a family of five. The lobby was clean and they have a Starbucks right by the front desk.

The couch bed was really uncomfortable but i guess all couch beds are. The sixth floor toilets were struggling. Probably too much candy and Disneyland food, so watch yourself. The rooms were clean but the corners of the carpet were dusty.

Location for NHL and NBA games, Disney and Beaches, room size for 2 adults and 2 adult children was awesome, Starbucks, Target across the street, and loads of restaurants and fast food joints! Helpful staff all around! Oh...and the pool and hot tub!!

Slow draining sink...as mentioned by others, tvs didn't work at first but a quick response by "engineer"/jack-of-all-trades guy they were up and running within minutes.

The general manager, Kevin, emailed us to confirm we were well taken care of the entire trip. He’s also to thank for our rooms being adjoining. The rooms themselves were large and very comfortable. Every morning the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of refreshing the rooms.

I do wish there had been breakfast offered but being close to so many other options for food was nice.

The room was big and comfortable for me and my boyfriend. The bus to disneyland was good. And it was nice to have starbucks there.

The vending machine wasn't working on our floor. Went to check another floor and it wasn't working there too. I asked the front desk if I could get some towels put in our room while we left for disneyland but that didn't happened. No microwave in the room.

Local bus was really great and fast easy to get to the park. Good location. Rooms are huge! Plenty of space. Everything seemed as clean as possible. The front desk was very helpful and probably the nicest customer service of our whole trip.

Breakfast is really expensive for what you get. Seems a little outdated with the furniture and carpet.

The room was great and a perfect fit for our vacation. . If we ever go back to disneyland we will look to stay here again.

I didnt like the coffeee maker... it didnt really work. Also the ice machine was on the floor above us and below us. But thats not really a huge issue. Had no other issues.
