All staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is really clean and quiet.

Booked two queens but was given a king so my kid had to share my bed. They were sold out becuase they gave preferences to a church group even though I booked months in advance. I would still stay there again becuase the staff were great.

The location was great for us. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good and well displayed. and clean. The staff was good and friendly.

The door had a little problem closing tight and locking. The USB charging outlet in the headboard on the left side didn't work and the light didn't work.

The pool area was nice, the employees were very helpful and it was a nice stay for the value.

The elevator was concerning in how it operated moving from floors 2 to 3. It made me slightly nervous to the point I preferred taking the stairs when possible.

The TV would not show some stations. It would show "Full" and switch to something completely different. It seems as if the cable was rationing what it would show. I have never seen anything like it before and I have been travelling for over 60 years.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good, close to shopping and restaurants. Clean all over the place in terms of value for money. Property was keptvwell

The guy who makes the breakfast was rude to me. Maybe it's a one off thing

Location is great for getting our son to and from college. Rooms are a good size. We had to switch rooms because the first had a broken toilet seat and there was no problem.

The only real complaint is that there was something not right with the bathroom door, it was almost impossible to get it to actually shut. It would seem closed then creep open when you were using the bathroom. I would have to use my weight to get it to "click" into place and not open on it's own. Probably just humidity swelling.

Staff was very nice, pool was open and clean, breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. The lobby was decorated for fall and looked inviting.

nothing really bad, had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom the day morning we were checking, they offered us another but we were checking out and just dealt with it, but stuff happens and they were accommodating.

Everything was great the room was very comfy + our son had a blast especially in the pool we've been looking for somewhere with a pool that was nice and descent an away from home we're from Buffalo NY and we enjoyed every bit of the hotel we traveled to. We will be back again soon thanks for the 2 nights we got to see how great it was there. -THANK YOU

Beds were comfortable. The rooms were big. Breakfast was good.

The whole reason for our stay was the pool. It was closed and we had to use the pool across the parking lot...not comfortable or convenient

Friendly staff. Was able to check out a day early without penalty.

Room had an odor that did not go away. Smelled like there was a smoker prior to our stay. The breakfast was not that good.
