This was my first time at a hotel and I was super impressed that this brand had kitchens. I like that this felt like an apartment.

I think they have a roach problem. When I first got to the room, the first thing I noticed were roach traps.

The rooms were large and clean

One of our beds was very squeaky. Every time I rolled over it was very loud. Also, the people at the front desk were more interested in getting the laundry done than checking us in. Plus they were dressed very unprofessionally with bra straps showing just wearing cami's

I loved having a mini kitchen with our room, The bathroom was very clean and the room had excellent ac and heat. Also the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!

At the time of our arrival , the hotel lobby and hallways were under construction but the staff was super accommodating during the construction.

The hedge (plants) outside the window so no one could see in. The kitchen, fridge, microwave were all useful. The bathroom sink hot water faucet turns off at a strange angle, but it works and doesn't leak and was amusing to see. Staff were friendly and nice having a coffee and oatmeal in the morning.

The carpet was sticky and wet when we first walked in. I assume they shampooed it right before we had walked in, or attempted to. Or a carpet sanitizer of some form. The wetness went away but there was a thick sticky residue all over it. I showered in the morning, didn't leave the room, walked around barefoot, and the bottoms of my feet were sticky and there was a thick layer of hair and dirt stuck on them by the end of the night. I had to wash my feet BEFORE I put my shoes on while getting packed up and dressed when checkout morning came. Also before I got into bed at night, not about to pull that grime into bed with me. The rest of the room was awesome, the carpeted floor however was dirty and gross.

I got a call from the front desk at 2am because someone thought an alarm was coming from my room. Scared me. Suppose to be a smoke free facility, but our floor smelled like cigarettes.

It was clean and comfortable. Slightly dated, about 1970's. Nice kitchen space, but we really didn't need that as we were only staying one night. Would be a decent place to stay if traveling for a week or more to be sure. Not luxury, but comfortable. Reasonably priced.

When I arrived there was a bit of technical difficulties happening but management took care of the issue in a timely manner. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and courteous and I was pleased to say the least with the cleanliness and comfortability of my room. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The ladies at the front desk when I checked in August 19th 4:30 were amazing. So friendly and helpful.
