The room was very clean and larger than expected. very good vale for money.

The time from the airport to the hotel via shuttle was much longer than expected. more a function of the size of the airport than any issue with the hotel. However, if we had known, our expectations would have been different.

This is a hotel that provides what is required to get from the airport to a good night rest and back to the airport. My room had direct access to the garden and pool. Great bed, good linens and towels and a good shower. The breakfast is available from very early in the morning which is great when you need to be on the shuttle by 7 a.m. The shuttle is timely and the staff as well as the shuttle driver were kind. Efficient with something pretty to look outside the window. Reasonably priced, good quality, quiet, clean, good sized room, and hotel. Not a luxury resort.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

This was an unexpected stay for medical treatment. Trying to find a room near Grapevine and this was most affordable room. I like LaQuinta generally so was happy to book. It is easy access from the highway but no highway noise. It is one of a string a motels in that area - all are more expensive. Everything about it was nice. Reception was pleasant and efficient. Room was good size and clean - NO BUGS. Breakfast was better than most in this price range. There was hot dish of eggs and potato/sausage mixture, plus the waffle! Several juices and cereals to choose from. I would recommend this motel to other travelers. Also, there is a shopping area with Krogers, Walmart, and large selection of restaurants.... with the traffic it is 20 minutes away even tho it is less than 10 miles.

Room was great, it was spacious and comfortable. hotel was close to airport and breakfast was good.

Front desk clerk (Hope) was a little rough around the edges not ourtight rude just very direct, not necessarily friendly, she was on the phone when I came in to check-in and she was a little rough to the caller, ex. "ma'am what terminal are you at, that's not a trick question". I was extra nice to her since i was tired from traveling and i was sure she had had a rough day based on her interaction. Pillows could be a lot more comfortable too.

Motel undergoing remodel but that did not effect any of the sections I was in. The free shuttle to and from airport was a major reason I decided to stay here. Shuttle ervice is 24 / 7 based on availability of variety of drivers that work with each other for covering the number of people wanting transport at a given time. They were efficient. Based on prices for other motels of this quality, rooms were discounted for any remodel inconvenience. There was no inconvenience or construction noise for me based on arriving after midnight and left at 6:30 a.m. The bed was extra comfortable and so needed after I had been traveling for 24 hours with the last of my travel to occur in early morning. I would stay here again!

That I didn't have time to take advantage of all their services.

Breakfast was good. Ending it at 9:00 was a bit of a challenge with kids.

I booked a handicap room. I was put in the absolute farthest room in the hotel. Down one long hall, take a right and to the end of another hall. I don't have a wheel chair, I use a cane and a walker and being put soooo far away was terrible. Elevator in the second hall wasn't working so my family couldn't even drop me off half way. The room was very clean the accomodations were nice but when we went to shower there was absolutely no pressure. To say it was a slow trickle is not an exaggerated statement. And the trickle water was cold. No shower, not happy. But please note handicap rooms should be closest to elevators

The free shuttle was GREAT! I actually took it several times back and forth to the airport because I couldn't get Alaska Airlines on the phone, so just went to the airport to talk to them. It's about a 10 minute shuttle ride to the airport and it runs 24 hours, but be sure to get on the schedule. Also, the room (#114) was fantastic. It was really BIG, with two windows, an armchair, a king bed, desk, dresser. It also had a hall with a pantry that had a microwave, coffee pot and two cups worth of coffee. It had an iron and hair dryer. The bathroom was also large. Frankly, it was probably the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. There were a couple of small problems: two of the electrical outlets had problems where one of the plugs didn't work. Also, the light in the hallway is out. Another light bulb was out but the staff found a new light bulb for me. Felicia, the morning staff person, was really wonderful and helpful. I had to leave too early for the breakfast, but I saw them setting up and it looked like it would have a good variety. Even leaving early, they had some packaged cereal and coffee ready at 6:00 a.m. Finally, I got there early and they let me store my luggage. They have a very nice lobby area with tables, outlets to plug in devices, and a big screen TV with a sofa. It was a comfortable place to wait for my room to be ready.

They have a $35 early check-in charge if you want to check in before 2:00 p.m. even if the room is ready. Their actual check in time is 3:00 but they will let you check in an hour early for free if they can.

We were allowed to stay in our room until our flight departed, which was the main reason for staying there. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and convenient. However, there were two of us who rented the room, but only one chair in the room.

We had to wait approximately an hour for the shuttle to come get us… There are not enough shuttles, so two went by that were full. Also, the staff whom we called to make arrangements to get picked up was unfamiliar with the design of the airport, so therefore could not tell us where to go to wait for the shuttle. When we were being transported back to the airport for our flight, we observed that at all the terminals, the courtesy shuttle pick up areas were to the far far right upon exit from the building marked with purple signs. But this is impossible to determine because there is no signage telling you which way to go.

The room and bathroom were both spacious. The water in the showers stayed hot forever. Also, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful even through renovation work. Very relaxing stay overall.

My only complaint was issues with the keys. We had to run down to the lobby to get our keys redone once a day because the doors would not accept them sometimes. It wasn’t really a big issue and they always were quick and happy to resolve it. They said they’re waiting to get new things for the doors so they’re working to resolve it!

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Close to the airport.

I would have liked to have known that the shuttle service was shared by several hotels and went to several of the terminals. The wait was long at the airport - thinking it was “on it’s way” but didn’t realize the stops at other terminals would cause a delay. I would have gotten an Uber if I would I knew what the wait time would be. Not a real complaint since the shuttle did eventually arrive and it was at no charge (except for the tip).
