The breakfast was very good, easily accessible in the front desk area ( it's own little cafe )

The front desk staff was quite rude when we were checking out, which was surprising because they had been so nice for our whole stay. We did accidently leave more than a few things in the room and when I called later and spoke with the person working at that time they were very nice and had my belongings safe in the office for me to come pick up. So maybe that one guy had just had a long night!

Excellent location to access all of Nashville's attractions. There were quite a few shops around if you needed anything, very convenient. Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus and we really appreciated it after all the walking we did during our time there. The bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. We traveled with our 3 dogs ($20 per dog per night which in our experience is very reasonable) and there were absolutely no problems. No regrets staying at this hotel!

Breakfast was included. It had yogurts,cereal, microwavable breakfast biscuits (which seem to be at every hotel we stay and we are not keen on them...) and a waffle maker. It would have been nice to have some bread to toast and more fruit options.

Very accessible to getting anywhere....by highway or through the town...... Great Thai restaurant across the street, along with many others

Dangerous damage to the stairs and low wet spots at the only accessibility to the 2nd floor Door to the pool area not accessible with your room key? No chairs for sitting outside your room......

Updated and cleaner than expected. Breakfast! Housekeeping most days! Customer service was hospitable!

Pool was open but wasn't warm & pool lounge chairs/table could be Updated to make the hotel amenitie standout more.Hotel infrastructure was older & you could tell because of the thin walls! Beds were ok, spoiled with memory foam mattresses these days.

Location was great. Staff kept a close eye on who was roaming around the hotel. I was a little squeamish about booking on line because there have been a couple times we got the worst room the hotel had to offer. No problem this time. Room was clean, and plenty of parking. We had aa two night stay which was very pleasant.

The free Sunday breakfast was the standard breakfast every hotel serves. I thought I booked the hotel that served the sausage and egg breakfast. No biggie though. My mistake.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! The beds were extremely comfortable! It was a perfect little get away!

Easy to find. We have a big family and requested two rooms close. The gentleman who checked us in was very precessional. Super nice and made sure we got two joining rooms! For the price, everything was perfect. Would recommend staying there.
